Putting yourself out there and stepping out of your comfort zone is hard, especially being an introvert who suffers with anxiety just like today's guest - Nick Betar
Nick is podcaster, vlogger and content creator. I actually refer to him as "The Content King" as his content is next level
In this episode Nick opens up about his battles with severe anxiety (which he is very new to sharing), along with giving away a lot of great beliefs and words of wisdom (at such a young age might I add)
Nick shows up, puts in the work and is making a genuine difference. You need to keep your eyes on this due as he's destined for greatness
You can find out more about Nick here:

In this episode I speak about how we need to stop making excuses and stop ignoring the basics
You'll get a lot out of this one :)

This week has been tough and I open up about it. It doesn't get much more honest and raw than this..

Isaac aka Ice, is a dude who has changed my life without knowing it
He's an ex NRL player who started a clothing label with his mates called YKTR (You Know The Rules) and is VERY generous with the content he provides
In this episode I flip things and take full advantage of his time by picking his brain and treating it as an consulting session (which he appreciated and usually costs a fair bit of money might I add)
I've already listened back to this episode 4-5 times as there's so much value in it it's ridiculous
We chat about the importance of gratitude, who you surround yourself with, branding and mental health in footy players
You cannot miss this one..

Much love,

I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Ben & Jay, 2 lads from the UK who are taking on their biggest challenge yet - "The Boomerang Loop"
"The Boomerang Loop" is a 14251km loop around Australia. Yep - 14251km! They are aiming to average 285km per day and complete the entire thing in 50 days
Something that inspires me the most about this whole thing is that they don't even have cycling backgrounds.. they're just 2 lads aiming to remove the stigma around mental health in Australia and raise money for mental health charity Mindful Aus.
To learn how to you donate or even just follow along on their inspiring journey, you check them out here - https://www.instagram.com/boomerangloopau/

PS: Ben and Jay, can you please clarify whether the name "The Boomerang Boys" has been mentioned yet? If not, I'm totally claiming it ;)
Welcome to School Of Real Life Lesson #2: Everything Happens For A Reason
A few topics I cover in this episode I speak about having an everything happens for a reason mindset, the law the importance of trusting the process and being grateful and why we should be saying "yes" more
I hope you enjoy :)
Hellooooo for the third time this week :)
For the next 8 weeks you'll be receiving 3 podcasts a week, all of which will be different styles
Every Friday I'll be releasing short form episodes based around either what's going on in my head, edits from past episodes, Q+A's and anything else I feel worth sharing
Today's episode is about the growth you can experience exiting your comfort zone, which is very relevant in these crazy times obviously
Hope you enjoy!
