I heard the term FOPO (Fear Of People's Opinions) for the first time on a podcast called 'The Imperfects'. The hosts interviewed a dude named Ben Crowe. Ben is a mindset coach/mentor to many professional athletes including Ash Barty (who just won Wimbledon might I add).
I relate FOPO to judgement and for those who know me, you'll know that I speak a fair bit about how toxic it is. Judging ourselves, judging others and worrying about being judged is the worst thing about today's society (in my opinion)
My ultimate goal is to help people become better versions of themselves and one main thing that stands between people and happiness is the fear of being judged..
This is honestly one of my favourite solo episodes that I've recorded and I'm sure many of you regular listeners will agree
If you enjoyed this episode, make sure you head over to iTunes and give me a rating and review :)
Much love everyone,

I've just come out of a depressive episode and I'm not going to lie - it was a pretty bad one. Sometimes it all just get's too much and coping can become very challenging.
In this episode I speak about what it feels like to be depressed, how I got out of the funk I was in, what you can to do to help yourself and how we can help those around us.
Much love everyone. I hope you enjoy this one :)

I almost didn't release this one as I get pretty honest around my views on how to speak to people about having kids
In today's society it amazes me that we can be so fixated on which sex is best, when people should be trying for kids etc and I feel that we're not taking peoples feelings into consideration especially without knowing the full picture
If you have no plan to have kids you'll definitely still get something out of this. I believe that we can learn a lot about how to treat other adults through how w treat kids ;)
I also give 3 great and simple tips around parenting
Please remember that this is all MY OPINION and I release episodes like this based off my own life lessons and learnings with the goal to help as many people as I can
Much love,
MG
We create powerful ripple effects through expressing vulnerability and these ripple effects can change the world
In order to make this world a happier place, we need to be leading by example and living healthy lives both mentally and physically
In this episode I pour my heart out and keep it as REAL as ever. I hope you appreciate it :)
Much love everyone,
MG
In this episode I interview Jaxon Tippet, who (in short) is an online coach
Jax is very down to earth and preaches some very informative and easy to understand messages, all of which are very relatable and motivating to me personally
Jax discusses his best advice around how to grow your social media accounts and gives away his some easy options around how to stay on top of your mental and physical health
Not only does he offer great advice, but he puts it so simply that everyone will be able to follow along, which is something I'm a genuine believer in
This was not an in-person interview as Jax lives in Noosa, however the conversation is just as powerful
You can find Jax on Instagram @iamjaxontippet
If you enjoyed this episode please share it around and don't hesitate to reach out to either myself or Jax :)

In this episode I go over the positives and negatives around awareness days/weeks etc. Last week was Men's Health Week and I saw arguments for both and I thought I'd discuss my thoughts.
Enjoy :)
MG
In this episode I've given a few bits of advice around how you can get involved in Men's health Week and have an impact on the men around you
Everything I speak about relates to women too. I'm just referring to men here because of the week that it is ;)
Much love everyone,
MG

Trigger warning - we dive deep into attempted suicide, so despite how much this episode will help and inspire, if your mental health isn't in the greatest place right now, maybe wait until you're in a better place to listen
