  • Abraham – A wife for Isaac | Season 3 - EP. 8

Inspired by Real People in Scripture. 🌟📖

As Abraham was reaching the end of his life, he wanted to make sure that Isaac had a wife who was NOT a Canaanite. Why was this so important to him? He knew that Isaac would be tempted to follow other gods. It was best to have a wife with whom he was equally yoked. He asked his chief servant to find this woman and, as usual, God moved. Let’s reflect on this incredible story.

  • Abraham – Whatever happened to Lot? | Season 3 - EP. 7

When we last heard about Lot, he and his daughters were running for their lives as judgment rained down on Sodom and Gomorrah. They ended up hiding in a cave for some time. But then, instead of seeking direction from God, Lot’s daughters chose to seek their own solution. That sin ended in consequences that continued for generations. Let’s reflect together on why waiting on the Lord is crucial.
