Loosing a loved one to death is not easy, many of  us suffer in silence because we don't understand and  know how to handle the emotions we are feeling. But as a community we  should share our stories and help each other to get through our losses. 

Its very hard when you lose a loved one expectedly or unexpectedly, the pain is real. the Brevity of life is more apparent, BUT there is hope.

How exciting it is this time of year, giving gifts , receiving gifts and celebrating. But have we forgotten anything? Lets listen for 5 mins and give this some thought.
