The Loans Warehouse is an established business of 14 years. The last 2 years the company dreaded the effects of Brexit however, they started 2020 with great optimism and great ambitions. Monday the 23rd of March changed a lot for The Loans Warehouse; there were mass changes made including only 10-15% of lenders working with additional criteria changes and a lot of customer uncertainty.

Matt encourages those to get back to work as soon as possible and advises he sees no evidence on how the property marketing will fall into shape in a post-COVID landscape.
