It’s funny how excess weight comes off so naturally when one places the focus on one’s self and doesn’t eat for emotional reasons. Weight gain is often caused by emotional factors, so it makes sense that weight comes off easier when we are not struggling with inner turmoil.

Is it ok to keep the door open and save space for people? What do you think?
