My thoughts from this morning: grief and the grieving process doesn’t get easier for someone simply because they’ve endured it more than once. Indeed, layers of grief only compound the suffering and trauma.

It’s a bloody mess, I must admit. But that’s ok. We met, we played, we fell apart. But we will rise again. In the meantime, there’s always mascara.

So, a friend of mine told me my posts were kind of depressing. Maybe…but they’re also honest and real. I’m ok. I am. And I know I will be even better still soon.

I know I’ve spoken about this before, but this is becoming so prevalent. People are so toxic toward one another that we feel we have to alter ourselves to please everyone. Enough! Love yourself.

Someone sent me a request on my cash app for $500 for the pain and suffering I’ve caused him.

Some people are never happy in their own skin…I accepted him for him. He’s still running from himself.
