Ron Yap once faced serious social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), where he sat at void decks after school ruminating for 3 hours, and also headed to the toilet up to 30 times in a night. Yet, with certain factors, he turned his pain into purpose – wrote a book on overcoming anxiety, and started a page @mentalhealthceo, which now has over 14k followers. All this while still being a communications student. We discuss his journey, raw emotions and how to overcome anxiety and OCD.
We’re partnering with Ron to offer 40% off his book! Head to gum.co/uhfad and include ‘40offrebound’ UPON CHECKOUT to get 10USD off. Personally, I’ve read it and am thoroughly impressed. It’s so comprehensive, heartfelt and offers practical evidence-based tips and also a segment on diet!
