Are you experiencing physical or mental health challenges that are disconnecting you from your body and intuition?
When our lives start to feel out of control and we experience health challenges, it’s natural to try to problem-solve our way out of the chaos. I know intimately how unmanageable life can feel when we don’t feel physically well. I want you to recognize that the divine power within you to heal can initiate your healing journey.
I had the beautiful opportunity to sit down with Kateri Reyes about why reclaiming your life before and at crisis includes reclaiming your health and inner authority in the process. Kateri’s story encapsulates reclaimation as she faced life-altering challenges of autoimmune disease at 17, endured narcissistic abuse in her marriage, and experienced the devastating loss of a child. Through each trial, it provided her the courage to listen to her intuition and was guided to natural solutions for strength and healing.
Let’s explore together:
As you move forward, remember this with liberal self-compassion: "You can see the world as half empty or as an overflowing glass of abundance. You have to trust that whatever you are trying to heal or accomplish, you are fully capable of doing it, and you just have to believe."
Thank you for listening to the podcast! I hope this conversation helps you feel less alone on your personal and career journey. Xo, Amber

Are you feeling called to make an intuitive career change?
When you start to feel resistant toward your current role or business, it can sometimes feel impossible to know what to do next. You may have an idea of what you want or where to go next, but how do you get there?
In this episode, I want you to know that you are not alone. Having gone through three career pivots myself, I want to share why bypassing your logical brain and trusting your intuitive guidance can allow you to make the next best career move and do the work you want to be doing now. You can spend an entire lifetime weighing the variables and saying “someday,” but trusting your intuition will light your path forward. I want to help you break down and manifest a new role or business if your intuition is prodding you to make a change.
Let’s explore together:
I want you to take back control of your career and feel confident in the path that aligns with who you want to become. Remember that this is your life, and no one can provide the answers you are seeking. Trusting your intuition for what path will make you happiest is worth exploring. Also, always remember that you are exactly where you need to be. Give yourself permission to practice liberal self-compassion, as you deserve it.
Thank you for listening to the podcast! I hope this conversation helps you feel less alone on your personal and career journey. Xo, Amber

Have you ever felt a disconnection between where you are now and who you intuitively know you are, only catching glimpses of your true self?
Today, I felt guided to remind you of the person you truly are. Each of us can experience glimpses of our higher selves, moments when we feel at peace with ourselves, our relationships, and circumstances. Yet, we are constantly trying to bridge the gap between where we currently are and who we know we can be.
In this episode, I share my personal experience with understanding how to bridge this gap and why negative emotions about yourself, others, and the environment may be holding you back from the woman and life and career you want now. My hope is that you'll take back your power and align your thoughts, so instead of experiencing glimmers of your true self, you'll become her as you focus on creating a positive, abundant, and expansive life now.
Let’s explore together:
As you listen, remember that the journey back to yourself is a beautiful lifelong process. Alignment comes when we intentionally treat each negative emotion as a stepping stone to the person we’ve always wanted to become. When we move our emotions to a good and positive place, our intuition can work miracles and guide us where we need to go. As always, give yourself permission to embrace self-compassion with each step toward a more meaningful life experience.

Episode 23 | When the Life You’ve Built Stops Working: A Soul-Led Path Back to Your Higher Self
Are you ready to break free from the chains holding you back from intuitive alignment?
A powerful podcast conversation weeks ago inspired me to bring Alignment Coach Renée DeVore back on the show. After quitting her leadership role as a principal in education, Renée offers her unique perspective on breaking free from the rules to see ourselves and others as individuals and not a threat to the system.
Renée and I share our insights into “alignment” and how breaking free from the chains of habits, addictions, and conditioned pieces keeps us stuck. When we finally decide to break free from these chains, we can step into true alignment with our souls and intuition.
Let’s explore:
As you step into this alignment journey, remember that your intuition will guide you to an aligned life. Find the courage within yourself to let go of what is holding you back and embrace the certainty of the universe. Renée and I promise that choosing yourself, listening to your intuition, and following where the universe guides you will lead you to where you are meant to go.

Have you ever felt so paralyzed by burnout and depression that you thought you'd never feel joy again?
I had an incredible opportunity to sit down with River Poynter, wilderness guide, burnout recovery coach, and founder of Untamed, to explore how nature and coming home to holistic basics can awaken profound healing. We reminisced about our healing journeys, what it really means to "feel" again after years of numbness, and why escaping the "digital matrix" is often the first step toward coming home to your true self.
River shared his sincere experience of overcoming chronic stress and depressive burnout and how he moved from being stuck and spiraling to reconnecting with purpose, presence, and the natural world. We dive deep into the spiritual and scientific layers of healing, the power of the law of attraction, and how even a moment of gratitude can become your lifeline.
Let's explore together:
We can deeply relate to feeling out of control and wondering if this will be our forever reality. Allow yourself permission to start trying different tools to aid in your journey and offer liberal self-compassion in the process. Choosing a path to healing is brave, just know you will wake up one day and be grateful for prioritizing yourself.

Have you ever felt your body screaming at you to pay attention, but you ignored the intuitive warning sign anyway?
I had the beautiful opportunity to have an intimate conversation with Renée DeVore about what it really means to listen to your intuition, even when it asks you to walk away from everything. Renée shares her powerful story of quitting her 25-year career in education and 16 years as a principal, when her soul (and body) couldn’t take it anymore.
Renée and I reflect on the early signs of burnout, the quiet cost of blaming others for circumstances, and the sacrifice required to start moving toward a life of alignment and purpose. This conversation is for anyone who looks like they have it all together, but deep down asks this question on repeat: “There has got to be more to life than this.”
If you’re stuck, burnt out, or starting to question what life could look like on the other side, Renee’s story—and the work she’s doing through Soul Growth Sanctuary—will meet you right where you are.
Let’s explore together:
I know it’s possible to break free from the patterns and conditioning that keep us stuck in survival mode—because I’ve done it, and so has Renée. We hope this episode reminds you that you can create a purpose-filled life and find peace in who you are. Give yourself permission to listen—your intuition already knows the answer.

We discuss how to create intentional digital habits, reduce overwhelm, and reclaim your time, focus, and energy.

Now, years later, he helps people create harmony between their tech, productivity, and personal lives.
