**TRIGGER WARNING: I discuss topics surrounding workplace trauma, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum depression. I am not a licensed clinical therapist and cannot diagnose or treat, and I can only share my experience with healing trauma.
I get vulnerable and share my journey to healing trauma during this week's solo episode. I defined trauma and discussed how I knew I needed to seek additional treatment beyond typical talk therapy. I express my experience with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a type of trauma therapy, and how it allowed me to see my traumatic experiences in a completely different light. I give examples of other treatment options and how to find a qualified therapist. I also provided a few ideas, such as finding a good personality match therapist who can help diagnose if necessary.
