I had a great talk with my BFF Krista about her recovery with a "dual diagnosis".  I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to speaking with her again.

This episode is a voice memo I sent to an old and deeply loved sponsee.  We both have conservative family members and she asked for my experience, strength, and hope on how to navigate my Al-Anon program around it.
