Very excited for you to meet my friend, Kirstin.  Kirstin lives in the north of England, has been in fellowship for 11 years, and is diagnosed with lipedema (links below).  In this part 1, we learn a bit about her journey and her diagnosis.  Then she and I get to wax philosophical towards the end--which is our favorite pastime together.

33. Write out each line of the Prayer of St Francis/Eleventh Step Prayer and put into own words. Note: you will read the prayer in the original form, but it helps to have the meaning of each line personalized for your definition of HP.

34. Three weeks of St Francis prayer in the original (must start over if you miss a day).
