Want to be a better podcast host? The best way is to put more time behind the mic, recording yourself, and then editing those recordings.

The second best way? Public speaking. And one of the best ways to become a better public speaker is via the speaking club known as Toastmasters.

But there are some problems with Toastmasters... To get the most out of it as a podcaster, you need to make a few tweaks. In this episode, I talk about how to do that.

I didn't care. I thought it was tasteless, but I expect Kathy Griffin (and other comics) to push the boundaries of good taste.

Sometimes you go too far. You can relate to this in your business, I know.

How do we know how far we can push things without going "too far?"

We don't.

Which is why going "too far" isn't my problem with Kathy Griffin...

I do have an issue with how she handled the backlash though. And on this episode, I talk about how to successfully navigate situations where you find yourself having to do the same thing.
