Kristine Peacock is a Women’s Wellness Coach - Cycle Syncing Expert, Wellness Advisor, Success Coach, and Mentor. As a self-proclaimed Health-nut and Fitness Enthusiast, Kristine is passionate about all things food, nutrition and exercise! She is a Mom to 3 girls, ages 18, 15 and 11, Former Teacher and Culinary Nutrition Expert. Her wellness journey began more than 10 years ago when her husband was diagnosed with cancer. She transformed the way she cooked and began exercising regularly, influencing her children, friends and family along the way. As Kristine became stronger and healthier, her husband declined and she was widowed 9 years ago when the girls were 2, 6, and 9. Since then, Kristine certified with the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and left her 20 year teaching career to support women online, with their nutrition, fitness, macros, menstrual cycles, health, hormones and weight loss.
