Rob, Ciara and Laura caught up with Aslan great Christy Dignam ahead of the groups gigs in the Opera House this April, Rob stood united with the dads of Cork in his fear of doing his girls hair, and Laura was hoping Taylor Swift would fill up her basket if she comes to West Cork.

Rob, Ciara and Laura were trying to find ways around the price at the pumps, the crew were wondering how they could make their working week even sorter and the 745 Secret Sound €1800 has yet to be won.

On Breakfast this morning Rob, Ciara and Laura were joined by Cork sporting legend, Olympian medalist Sonia O' Sullivan for International Women's Day, Laura put Ciara and Rob to the test and Sinead had her summer sorted bagging tickets for Joanne McNally.

Rob had some champion costumes on hand for Ciara and Laura for World Book Day , the going rate for the tooth fairy caused divide and Love Is Blind Cork style.

Rob, Ciara & Laura weren’t up for giving up anything for lent, Rob’s stretching proved distracting for Ruairi on sport & the guesses keep coming for the 745 Secret Sound.

Pancakes hardly got a look in as Rob started a battle of the chicken wings after his birthday celebrations, the Rebel roar was loud on breakfast as the phone lines lit up for tickets for Cork's clash with Galway and has Rob been racing Ostriches?

Rob Heffernan joined Red Breakfast and proved he can talk the talk as well as walk the walk. It was Rob's birthday and there were messages from fellow Cor sporting legend, Derval O'Rourke. singer John Spillane, Rob's former Dancing With The Stars partner Emily and some emotional messages from the Olympian's children.
