Among other things, Kenny talked about whether he would go back to ESPN if they offered a good deal but he said he's already done that.  He also talked a bunch about the behind the scenes at ESPN and his relationships with not only on-air hosts but also the producers that helped put together quality programming.

Kenny touched on his favorite charity www.runfreely.org which helps vets with prosthetics to say pain free from various injuries to include his own ankle which he broke while playing quarterback for UNLV.

Training Camp is back!  Today was the first day of training camp and we have all the breaking news from Day 1 of Washington Commanders training camp from Ashburn, Virginia.

There was plenty of news to keep up with today.  The biggest surprise was Antonio Gibson on the side field not participating in practice as Ron Rivera suggested it was a precautionary measure.

Of course all eyes were on Carson Wentz as he got through the very first training camp practice as a Washington Commander.

Nathan, Trev and Stoner break it all down in Episode 79!

We're officially 1 week away from the start of Washington Commanders training camp.  Fans all want to attend if possible.  However, this year the team created a lottery system for fans to attend at the training facility in Ashburn, Virginia.  There's been a lot of uproar from fans who really want to go but have been told they were not selected for the lottery.

Will this hurt an already fragile fanbase?  We bring in one of our favorite Commanders content creators, super fan and team Ambassador, Rio Robinson from @RamblingWithRio.

***Update- Rio couldn't make it
