Today I'm popping in to share some perspective I have been pondering for the past year, in regards to birth and postpartum support, freebirth (or unassisted birth), and the need to preserve traditional midwifery. This year has been one of BIG change and reflection for me and as I close my one year postpartum chapter, I wanted to share these thoughts with you all, in hopes that it can help you in your future births <3
