What does the world need and how can we make it a better place? Now that you've thought about how you can play to your strengths and what you love, it's time to think about how to put all of this to best use to create a world where people and the planet thrive in order to complete the third part of our Ikigai. Unlike the first two Ikigai episodes, this third episode is about understanding what the science-based sustainable development goals for the planet are to begin with.

If you're thinking "I hate my job so what do I do?" you're not alone - In 2020, only 15% of people were actively engaged in their work according to Gallup, so in this episode Lauren Kress, The Business Scientist is talking about what you can do if you hate your job and you're thinking "what now?"
