Regard's Gems: Find Balance and Avoid Burnout

Regard Tang is a certified empowerment coach who specializes on work-life balance, burnout and self acceptance. In her former life as a professional makeup artist, it was her strong work ethic and people skills that helped her land many major projects with well-known brands, such as Victoria’s Secret, Project Runway, JCrew, Nike, Levi’s and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Regard takes pride in her ability to build trusting relationships with clients by making them realize they are beautiful inside and out. Throughout her career as a makeup artist, Regard also came to understand that she has a bigger mission of helping people meet their life’s goals and find happiness within. Regard’s own experience of going through depression and anxiety; and getting help to combat that, also reaffirmed her passion of helping people survive tough times in their lives. In 2020, Regard got her life and health coach certifications through “Health Coach Institute” and launched her own coaching business. She is committed to giving each client her full attention and nonjudgmental support, while giving them customized exercises to reach their goals. Regard genuinely cares about the people she is helping and will hold them accountable throughout their coaching sessions.
