For as long as she can remember, Aimee has loved to coach others on how to feel powerful - in career, sport and in life. She played volleyball at the University of Iowa and will always consider myself a lifelong athlete - and a Hawkeye. After a successful competitive career and several life-changing injuries she was led to holistic training methods like yoga, functional movement, and mindfulness.
Since then, Aimee has decided to devote her life to helping other high performers reach the top of their game.
