To celebrate Gay Pride month and commemorate the 52nd anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in New York City that served as a catalyst for the gay rights movement in the United States and around the world, I was honored to speak to some of my dear friends and ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teachers about how Reiki has assisted them in their journeys.

Jay and Kris explain how Reiki helped them become comfortable with their sexual orientation and with who they are.  They discuss how we can help friends, family, students and clients from the LGBTQ2 community and have advice for those who are coming to terms with their own sexual orientation or gender preference.  Then a healing meditation brings love and acceptance to all.

My mother said recently that we didn’t appreciate the freedom we had until we lost it in the Pandemic.  I began to ponder freedom, especially as things are opening up again and realized that Reiki brought freedom to me, even during the Pandemic.  The meditation will move YOU into freedom too.
