Is it time for a mid-career checkup and change?

We've been told we have to keep working until we are 70 but women can often feel bored, unappreciated and insecure mid-way through their career.  Age Discrimination Commissioner Susan Ryan wants us to have a career check-up.  We hear the stories of two incredible women who re-intvented their careers - from cop to midwife and from executive to sugar chef.
