About Rusty Rueckert:

For several years, Rusty Rueckert worked as a plant scientist for a large biotech company in Hawaii. He would often manage corn nurseries where they would mix and match parts of the corns’ DNA in different spots, analyzing their integration results.

At the time, Rusty believed that pursuing higher education would yield more money. And so, he earned a master’s degree in Agricultural and Horticultural Plant Breeding at Iowa State University in 2014. But it only got him as far as a promotion with not that much higher pay. And even when he got an MBA at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, it did not do him any good either, at least at the company he was in.

However, after buying his first triplex in Idaho, Rusty witnessed the cash-flow real estate could provide, and the rest was history. Nowadays, Rueckert serves as a principal at Pinal County House Buyer, improving communities in Casa Grande, Arizona City, Maricopa, and Coolidge by purchasing distressed real estate and renovating them into the nicest homes on the street.
