In this episode, we’re talking about rejection. I get it, rejection is hard and it’s something we face almost on a daily basis. But think about it. Would you be doing what you’re doing if you hadn’t been rejected in something else? For me, I know I wouldn’t be as passionate about fitness and bodybuilding if I hadn’t been rejected from a volleyball team. While I know it’s difficult at the moment, I encourage you to think about rejection as redirection.
