In this episode I chat to Tanita, a self-taught plant based cook and Podcaster with a real taste for life. In 2013, She took her health into her own hands and began to delve deeply into her own healing journey. Tanita started to create a mindful relationship with food and her body, which lead her to the birth of Herbiraw. Since then, her aim has been to help others approach life more holistically with a focus on sustainability and an emphasis on foods that heal. The Course explores sacred sexuality and tantra, and guides you in cultivating a deeper, more authentic relationship with yourself. Tatjana recently spent the last 3 months running private candlelight yin yoga sessions; dropping into the body and breath, inducing a deep state of relaxation.
