Welcome back to Brunch with Desb! Today, I am so excited to just talk to you guys and give you some updates on what I've been going through lately, including my journey with breastfeeding and postpartum.

In this episode, I'll share my struggle with trying to decide whether to stop breastfeeding as well as the physical and mental toll it's taken on me. I always want to keep it real with you, so if you're a new mom and struggling with breastfeeding - or maybe you're about to give birth and aren't sure what to expect - please know that you aren't alone! Besides this, I'll give you a quick little recap of how I met my husband, Wyatt. Why? Because I want to talk about how different times in your life are going to yield a different you. You aren't going to be the same person at 30 that you were at 25 and that's why it's important to be able to grow with your partner.
