✔️ You're an HSP if you do this. Do noises outside seem more disruptive? Do you freak out over little things when others don't? Do certain things feel like they're magnified at a ten?

✔️ HSPs must navigate relationships differently. Figure out your tipping points, and form boundaries around them. Avoid triggering situations. Let go of the idea that you're the "awkward one".

✔️ HSPs can avoid projection. Identify the beliefs you've created. Filter which ones are true and false. Rebuild your resource of truth. Accept that some beliefs could be real, but challenge them how some might not be.

✔️ Talk to non-sensitives with empathy. They don't sense the same things as you do. You may also react in ways that are uncomfortable for them, and that's okay.

✔️ Self-regulation helps. Find activities that are self-nurturing. Practice patience in this fast-paced world.

✔️ Do a vibration check. Consider why you're dating in the first place. Then, don't rush the process of meeting new people. As we are experiencing collective anxiety about the future, it's important to choose someone who strikes the right chords.

✔️ There is power in questions. People who've had bad breakups and bad dates may feel cynical. But engaging in deep conversations with your dates can help change your mind. Listen to their dreams, dealbreakers, what turns them on, and what doesn't. Don't let your fear win over meeting your potential partner.

✔️ Practice detachment. Letting go of expectations can help you be more vulnerable and cushion the pain during rejections. Be open to whatever can happen. You may meet a new best friend or someone that can benefit from your knowledge or support.

✔️ Practice exquisite honesty. Be unapologetic about what you want and need with your partner. Sometimes, you have to choose yourself first to fill your cup and be a better participant in the relationship. Recognize and honor each other's differences.

✔️ Be an observer of your own mind. Release your ego and deliberately look into your own desires. What fears come up that are blocking you from getting what you want? Take your limiting beliefs and flip them into something positive.

✔️ Use comparison for good. Instead of feeling jealous of others who have what you want, use them as inspiration. If it's possible for them, you can do it too. Take clues from what they did so you can create the same results.

✔️ "Me time" teaches us and others how to love. Doing activities you enjoy tells you that your well-being deserves to be prioritized. It also shows others how you want to be loved. It's a form of boundary setting.

✔️ You have control over how much you give and when to replenish. You bring more energy when your cup is full. It's not their fault you feel exhausted. Resource yourself first then love from your saucer, the overflow from your cup.

✔️ Look for leaks and plug them. What activities drain you? See if you can hand them off. If not, reframe your mindset. Take a break and go back to it when you are more rested.

✔️ Rejuvenate. Three minutes a day of a grounding activity is enough. Fill yourself up before crossing off your to-do list. It's going to feel much better at the end of the day.

What is the pleasure gap?

It's the difference in the number of orgasms men and women have during intercourse – 96% for men and only 4% for heterosexual women.

✔️ Self-pleasure is connected to self-love. "A touch stimulates oxytocin production, which is the culmination of an orgasm," Tiffany Yelverton says. Touching oneself - sexually and non-sexually - can help women bring back their connection to their body.

✔️ Work together with your partner. So how do you start?

• Keep the lights on.
• Go for non-verbal communication.
• Talk about what turns you on.
• Do it on yourself.
• Try it on your partner.

✔️ Mind foreplay is key. Women need at least 24 minutes of foreplay to get aroused enough to get to orgasm. But they often only get 2-3 minutes of it — which is how long it takes men to get aroused. Blood flow to the genitals is arousal for men, while it starts in the brain for women.

✔️ Learning about pleasure is important. Going on an exploration of her body and discovering her first orgasm turned Tiffany Yelverton into the expert that she is today. "This is what we need to know because it affects relationships so much," she says.

✔️ Pleasure opens your life to abundance. It's actually beneficial – for your career, confidence, and mental health. Some of Tiffany Yelverton's clients have had newfound assertiveness in asking for raises. Body dysmorphia lessens as you experience more orgasms. Getting into the habit of self-pleasure also decreases the risk of heart disease by 50%, helps fight depression, and stimulates collagen production.
