Time is an infinite thing that happens between God and the universe.
But you can speed up the timeframe in which you accomplish your goals and attract what you want by doing a few simple things, mostly inner work.
Whether you're aiming to earn your first million or you want to meet the love of your life, it's all possible with this concept of collapsing time.
Tune in to this episode: Collapsing Time To Have More Of What You Want with Shameca Tankerson.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ The key factors are trust and surrender. We have to trust ourselves, others, the process, and the divine for time to collapse. People who live the most extraordinary lives have learned to let go of control and take risks. Timing is God's work, not ours.
✔️ Release everything outside of your control. Shameca Tankerson looks back on a time when her then-17-year-old son left home, calling her a "horrible parent". Despite her pain, she allowed God to hold the process, until her son returned 8 years later, their bond stronger than ever.
✔️ Frequency over action. You can dress pretty, eat well, and go to the gym daily, and still not attract the love of your life. The key is to notice the resonance you're embodying in your daily routines. Does it come from a place of self-harm and regret about the past? Keep your frequency in check.
✔️ Need is based on lack. Desire is based on abundance. Even if you're not yet where you want to be, you have the capacity to be aware that you're still on your way toward having what you want.
✔️ Accept what your desire entails. What are you willing to endure to receive what you want? For example, in the search for a potential partner, it's no surprise that you'd have to kiss a few frogs before you meet your prince or princess.
✔️ Normalize your new limit before expanding. The moment we receive what we want, we tend to think, "Will I be able to get this again, can I get more, will I lose this?" This mindset comes from a place of scarcity. It's important to slow down and honor the blessing you just received without moving on too quickly.
Shameca Tankerson is a trailblazer and phenom in the field of business revenue acceleration and is on a mission to empower entrepreneurial giants to experience massive wealth fast and become self-made millionaires that build dynasties and enduring generational wealth.
Celebrated as one of the world's most trusted leaders and advisors, her clients create six and seven-figure months even in the most challenging economies. She is an award-winning business strategist, international speaker, bestselling author, and CEO of Shameca International - Shameca is a bada$$ at helping women own their worth, claim their confidence, and become high-performing power players who create massive wealth with no apologies. Imagine buying a gorgeous home and not maintaining it at all.
For the past six months, my partner and I have been trying to catch up with repairs on our 11-year-old home in Mexico. The previous owners didn't maintain it properly and now, emergency situations pop up almost every week.
The same can happen to our relationships. You expect things to be fine, even without maintenance, and then things fall apart.I invite you to think of treating your relationships like a home you care enough about to maintain well.
Tune in to this episode: Treating Your Relationship like Your Home.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Sit down and assess. Like doing a house inspection, check areas such as communication, quality time, sex life, and finances before a breakdown happens. Or else you'll end up in triage mode having to spend more time and energy on them.
✔️ Take care of yourself. If you're eating healthily, getting enough sleep, and having hobbies you enjoy, you're honoring yourself. You'll show up in your relationships with a full cup and a nourished heart.
✔️ Find the spots to fix. Like how a house gets a squeaky floor, a leak, or a moldy wall, notice the crevices in your relationship that need repair.
These ignored areas may be small problems now, but they'll eventually grow and cause more stress.
✔️ Non-romantic relationships are valuable assets. Whether you have a partner or not, give home-like care to your connections with friends and family. Nurturing these relationships with curiosity and conversations – both easy and hard – can bring you closer than ever.
I wish you a beautiful, love-filled home to live in all your relationships!

Most of us are not aware of being controlling.
We think that we're doing it out of kindness, trying to help our partners. But in fact, we don't realize that our actions come across to them as controlling.
So how do you begin to unpack that? And how do you stop it for good?
Relationship and intimacy expert Marla Mattenson is here to walk us through the ways to finally let go of control in our relationships.
Tune in to this episode: How To Let Go of Control in Relationship with Marla Mattenson.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Assume and be curious. Do you catch yourself irritated with your partner's words or actions? Feeling resentful of them? You may be showing signs of being controlling. There's nothing wrong with that. Give yourself space to learn and grow.
✔️ Ask for a redo. Your constant need for control makes you unconsciously think they're in the wrong. Recreate the scenario with them when you both can be in your best selves. The goal is to come out of it with more love.
✔️ Become the vibration of worthiness. Knowing our worth makes admitting our flaws much easier. But most of us were raised by parents or caregivers who didn't feel worthy. It's never too late to break the cycle.
✔️ Align yourself to the new definition of intimacy. It's the ability to be unguarded and receptive at the same time in different aspects of your relationship. The idea is to lower your defenses, even if it feels scary, so you can increase your capacity to receive more than just your own way of being.
✔️ Every controlling expression has a reason. You shared a preference with your partner. You didn't mean to sound controlling, but they felt it was.
Honor their feelings. If your partner is feeling it, it's true.
✔️ Not everyone will enjoy your personal expression. Kindness can also mean setting firm boundaries. Some people may think that's controlling, and that's okay. This is your way of taking personal responsibility for your actions and choices.

Today's topic came up for me because of something I hear all the time.
"You have to love yourself before you can have a great relationship."
"I'm doing my work to love myself before I can attract the right person."
I want to challenge these beliefs and assumptions because these are rooted in some misconceptions.
Tune in to this episode: The Common Mistake People Make Around Self-Love and Their Relationships.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Perfection holds us back. There's a prevailing idea that we have to be "perfect" before we can attract a great relationship. Our lives are a long journey of learning. And manifesting from "a good place" isn't as simple as 1-2-3.
✔️ Relationships challenge us. Some people thrive on being alone.
But there are ways to expand through challenges that you'll only encounter when you're with another person. That's the beauty of relationships.
✔️ Do a daily act of self-love. A strong foundation of self-love allows you to ease up more in your relationships and provide space for yourself and others to be imperfect.
✔️ Get messy with people. There's nothing wrong with making mistakes when engaging with others – as long as you hold yourself responsible to clean up your messes. That's a true expression of self-love.
✔️ Set a baseline to speak about your wants. Watch out for any signs of slipping into codependency or self-abandonment. Have the courage to set boundaries and work on things with your partner when situations upset you.
✔️Avoidance is perfectionism disguised as self-work. Enjoying your time being single isn't a bad thing. Your fear isn't keeping you from danger, but it IS holding you back from having new experiences and growing from them.

For coach Wendy Sterling, divorce was "an opportunity for me to start understanding why I had fallen asleep at the wheel."
A Facebook post about life coaching sparked the inspired community that she has grown now – an atmosphere of empowerment, supporting others who have gone through the same struggles.
Have a deeper look at navigating through the waves of divorce as Wendy Sterling dissects the steps in Relationship R.E.H.A.B and her story of converting pain into purpose.
Tune in to this episode: The Alchemy of Divorce with Wendy Sterling.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Reclaim your identity and voice. Learn to distinguish what's important to you and what was important to who you thought you were in your marriage. Go back and identify your core values and your boundaries.
✔️ End the victim mindset. Have you been sending invitations to your pity party? Marriage is a 50/50 thing. One of the steps in overcoming the pain and coming out of it a better person is to take ownership of 100% of your choices.
✔️ Heal your wounds. It takes self-permission to acknowledge the pain, welcome it, and shift it into positivity. Give yourself the space to mourn and learn how to move through it.
✔️ Take accountability and move into acceptance. Accountability means holding yourself to the fire that you're actually going to take action. Take responsibility for your past shortcomings, and commit to doing better.
✔️ Start building. Accept where your life is at now and grab the chance to do life differently. Design it the way you want it to be!
After going from married to divorced 16-years later, Wendy Sterling helps women to see how their divorce can be the most empowering experience they go through. She helps them find their true identity and voice to design a life they choose instead of feeling stuck with the one they have. Now, she is the creator of The Divorce R.E.H.A.B., a 5-Step Program to reclaim your identity, end your victim mindset, heal your wounds, find acceptance through accountability and build a life from an empowered mindset. Her business has achieved 6-figures in under two years as she's helped thousands of women transform their lives! Wendy is the host of the podcast: The Divorced Woman's Guide, which has had over 70,000 downloads in under 2 years and has over 4,000 followers on Instagram. Human connection specialist Mark Groves once said, "Walls keep people out. Boundaries teach people where the door is."
And as women, we've been taught to be flexible, malleable caretakers at a young age.
Drawing up walls was our way of setting up boundaries — to survive and protect ourselves from certain situations.
But keeping up those walls is pushing us away from that thriving life and flourishing relationship we desire.
Take them down. Do the inner work. Stay open and strong.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Identify your boundaries. Shift your mindset and treat boundaries as invitations for other people to come and engage with you in your world.
✔️ Take down walls. We draw up walls to survive and protect ourselves from certain situations. But keeping the walls up hinders us from the life we desire. Do the inner work. Stay open and strong.
✔️ Clear boundaries mean self-respect. Saying a "yes" you didn't intend cuts through your integrity. Be direct and efficient in saying "yes" and "no" – the truest expression of self-love.
✔️ Boundaries need no explanation. Exercise that muscle to say "no." Learn to sit with the urge to justify it. It doesn't require a laundry list of reasons to be valid. Nor does it need to be understood by others.
✔️ Develop a clear "no" for a trustworthy "yes". It's hard for others to know how to act when they're with you without firm boundaries. We want our loved ones to be comfortable, and they want to engage with us the right way.
✔️ Boundaries give space for self-love. It's the fundamental expression of self-love. It's a way to show others how to win with you as a door, not a wall.
And if someone can't meet you there, they're not your person.
✔️ Practice saying "yes" with more specificity. Just like ordering that perfect cup of coffee at a cafe, don't be afraid to say what you want. Apply this in every aspect of your life – meeting with friends, work, and even in the bedroom. You have full control of experiencing what feels good to you.

✔️ Show your authentic self. Nikki Bradley teaches others to show up as the biggest, baddest, and dopest version of themselves. She also continues to share the most genuine pieces of herself.
✔️ Be intentional. Rings and all the finer things come and go. But how will you let your partner feel that you're happy to have them as your person? Make it a daily habit to be there for them.

What is an upper limit?
Gay Hendricks defines it as the highest level of good and success your nervous system allows you to have in your life.
Shaped by childhood and lifestyle, they are encoded into our systems and go off whenever we receive an amount of good that we aren't comfortable with.
This innate "fear" mechanism holds us back from getting the best out of our relationships.
Tune in to this episode: How Upper Limits Affect You In Your Relationships
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Get rid of limiting beliefs. It's been ingrained in us early on that we're fundamentally flawed, that when we experience green flags in our relationships, we're quick to doubt our worth and expect something to go wrong somehow.
✔️ Catch the upper limit. When you catch yourself saying lines like:
Take a step back, and embrace the flow of goodness by following two simple steps.
✔️ Upper limits can show in many ways. It can be when paying for a fancier hotel room, getting a better house, or experiencing a date that ticks all the qualities of your dream partner. Give yourself the permission to experience the best things in life. You are worth it!
✔️ Shift your thinking to appreciation. When the upper limit hits, quickly think of something you appreciate about your partner and something you've done recently that you're proud of.
✔️ Communicate your upper limits. Have a partner, friend, family member, or anyone you trust, and talk about it. It's best to have someone whom you can be accountable with.
✔️ Expand your limits to have more in life. Start developing that capacity to receive the best. Hone that inner voice to say, "I deserve to have all my goals and desires." You have the strength and intelligence to reach your full potential.

✔️ Recognize your innate abundance. We've been conditioned to operate in a state of scarcity. But that belief is absolutely false. The scarcity mindset only prevents us from welcoming prosperity into our work and relationships.
✔️ Teri Karjala describes that our brains operate in Newton's Third Law of Motion. Negative thoughts produce negative evidence, while positive thoughts find positive evidence. We possess control over our minds, and our feelings are a personal choice.
✔️ Keep the relationship playful. The fun doesn't have to stop after your partnership becomes official. Teri Karjala and her husband preserve the childlike goofiness by pulling silly pranks on each other - and even other people.
✔️ Protect your weekends like it's nobody's business. How can you be both a successful entrepreneur and a loving partner? By finding time. Commit to making more memories with your family by shutting out distractions.
✔️ Become a magnet and let things show up for you. Teri Karjala teaches us her two secrets to work-love balance: Incorporating energy to find easier methods and forming a team. Applying these can also prevent burnout.
✔️ Learn to work with your brain instead of fighting it. Ditch the affirmations! Use generative questions - prompts that require creativity and encourage you to take action.
Your brain would then generate those reasons for you. And voila, you're now ready to take on the world.

In 30 years of personal development work, I've noticed several deep truths about the process of growing in our relationships.
I'd like to share these truths with you today.
Because here's the thing, when people are stressed or life feels nuts, it impacts our relationships.
Take a moment and ask yourself:
"How present and aware can I be in life when it goes sideways?"
Can I stay:
In this powerful Relationship Alchemy podcast, you will discover keys to responding to life with more presence and awareness. And (PHEW!) there's no mythical state of perfection that you have to get to to win.
Tune in to this episode: Keys to Continuing To Grow in Your Relationships
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Unlock yourself from shame. Often, our desire to grow stems from a place of scarcity. We feel bad about something, thinking we need to fix it, but that's not the best starting point for growth.
✔️ Control your ego. The ego isn't bad and certainly doesn't need to be killed. It's more important to recognize when it's working for you and when it's working against you. Be aware when it's putting you in competition with your partner and blocking your growth.
✔️ Accept life's challenges. A problem-free relationship is a myth. Don't strive for perfection. Aim for presence and awareness instead.
Being human means living a human life. The key lies in embracing and navigating imperfections.
✔️ Acceptance is the root of making new choices. Carl Jung said, "We can't change anything unless we accept it." Be welcoming of your current self as you work on the areas you want to improve and grow.
✔️ The ego will try to co-opt your growth. The point of pursuing growth isn't to put yourself on a higher moral ground than your partner.
If your partner isn't also doing their inner work, you may start to feel that you've grown apart and your values don't align anymore, but it doesn't mean that you're better than them.
✔️ Success is gauged by your ability to handle issues. Growth isn't linear. It happens in more of a spiral. When old issues resurface, it isn't a sign of failure, it's a sign that you're ready to encounter and work through a deeper layer.
