  • Castor Oil + DMSO + Clove (or Black Seed) Oil: A Healing Synergy

The real magic lies in synergy.DMSO acts as a powerful carrier, pulling castor oil’s ricinoleic acid (anti-inflammatory) and clove oil’s eugenol (analgesic and antiseptic) deep into the tissues, directly targeting inflammation, pain, and damage.
This blend provides relief far beyond what topical oils alone can achieve.
    ✨ Key Ingredients & Benefits
    Castor Oil – The carrier
    Rich in ricinoleic acid (anti-inflammatory)
Deep penetration into skin, joints, muscles, and connective tissue
Supports detox, skin repair, and pain relief
DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide) – The enhancer
A natural sulfur compound (also found in garlic)
Transports active compounds through the skin barrier
Repairs cellular DNA, supports tendon & joint healing
Boosts sulfur levels → vital for connective tissue health
Clove Oil (or Black Seed Oil) – The active
Contains eugenol, a natural pain reliever & anti-inflammatory
Traditionally used for toothaches, inflammation, and infections
Black seed oil has similar effects, but clove oil is more affordable
    🧪 Suggested Blend (Starting Formula)
    65% Cold-Pressed, Hexane-Free Castor Oil
    30% 99.99% Pharmaceutical-Grade DMSO
5% 100% Pure Clove Essential Oil(or 2–3 capsules of powdered clove supplement)
    👉 Example:
    5 tbsp Castor oil
    1.5 tbsp DMSO
25 drops Clove essential oil (or powdered clove equivalent)
Shake well before every use.Always mix and store in glass containers (DMSO dissolves plastics).
    ⚠️ Critical Safety Precautions
Purity – Only use 99.99% USP/Pharmaceutical Grade DMSO.
Clean Skin – Wash thoroughly with soap & water, then wipe with rubbing alcohol before applying. DMSO carries anything on your skin into your bloodstream.
No Broken Skin – Never apply to cuts or open wounds.
Dilution – Never use DMSO undiluted; always mix in castor oil.
Patch Test – Test on inner elbow for 24 hrs before wider use.
Glass Only – Store and mix in glass jars, never plastic.
Clove Oil – Must be diluted; undiluted use can cause burns.
    🌱 How to Use
Clean the target area (soap + water + alcohol wipe).
Apply a small amount of blend with clean fingers or cotton.
Optional Pack – Cover with soft cloth + plastic wrap, then apply heat (hot water bottle/heating pad) for 20–45 minutes.
Absorb – Warmth and even a garlic taste in your mouth are normal (sign of DMSO action).
Frequency – Once daily, preferably at night.
    🌿 Healing Applications
    Arthritis & Osteoarthritis
Apply morning, evening, and as needed.
Many see results in 3–14 days.
    Tendonitis, Tennis Elbow, Wrist Pain
Helps where ice packs only give partial relief.
Consistent use for weeks → noticeable healing.
    Muscle Strains, Soreness, Back Pain
Provides quick warmth and pain relief.
    Liver Detox
Rub over skin above liver area.
    Digestive Issues (Cramps, Bloating)
Apply to abdomen + cover with warm cloth for 30 min.
    Skin Health
Dry/damaged skin, acne, rashes, psoriasis, eczema
Reduces scars, stretch marks, fine wrinkles

  • Break Limits & Achieve Anything:

    The 30-Minute Mindset Revolution
"Your life changes the moment you make a new, real decision." — Tony Robbins
    1. Your Current Reality is a Mirror of Past Decisions
Every aspect of your life (relationships, finances, health) reflects choices you’ve made—or avoided.

Tony’s Insight: "Success is 80% psychology, 20% mechanics." Limiting beliefs (e.g., "I’m not smart enough") are often inherited from family/society, not facts 79.
    2. The "Assumption Trap"
Most assumptions are outdated or false (e.g., "Enlightenment is a myth," "I need a perfect plan to start").
Breakthrough Tool: Challenge one assumption daily. Ask:
            "Is this belief serving me?"
"What if the opposite were true?"
Science Backs This: Stanford studies show questioning beliefs boosts cognitive flexibility by 300% 3.
    3. The Power of a Single Decision
Imagine, you are a beautiful lady 19 years old, your mother died and you had 2 years ago a severe motorcycle accident and lost your brain… In the meantime you learned to speak again..Your mother trusted her friend and authorized her to take the money from the life insurance to administrate it for you.Your family wanted only the money and don’t want to take care of you…
You decided against your family and to trust your mother’s friend Lod.  Lod and her boyfriend Rudi decided to take care of you… And then they found a school for brain rehabilitation with people the same age as you.. First You felt so lonely to stay at this school, never less you agreed and then you enjoyed your time there. In 2 years you will be healed.  Your new parents decided sex is good for you and got a coil for you to prevent pregnancy…

        Tony Robbins’ 7-Step Breakthrough Framework:
Change Your Environment (e.g., the brain rehab school in your story).
Face the Real Issue (e.g., the family’s greed vs. the girl’s need for care).
Embrace Your Power (her choice to trust Lod/Rudi).
Shift Perspective (from "I’m broken" to "I’m healing").
Own Your Truth (acknowledging her worth beyond money).
Let Go of the Past (releasing resentment toward her family).
Design a Compelling Future (sexuality, health, independence).
Result: In 30 minutes, she redirected her life’s trajectory.
    4. Suffering as a Catalyst
Pain pushes us to change only when it exceeds our fear of the unknown.
Tony’s Strategy: "Use suffering as fuel." The girl’s accident and betrayal became her motivation to rebuild.
        Action Step: Write down:
            "What pain am I tolerating?"
"What decision have I avoided because of fear?"
    5. The "Enough is Enough" Moment
Case Study: Tony’s client, a bankrupt entrepreneur, decided in one moment to stop blaming the economy—and quadrupled his income in a year.
Your Turn: Identify one area where you’ll say "no more" today.

    30-Minute Challenge: Rewrite Your Story
Minute 1–5: List 3 assumptions holding you back (e.g., "I’m bad with money").
Minute 6–15: Recall a past decision that changed everything (like the girl’s trust in Lod). Feel its power.
Minute 16–25: Apply Robbins’ "Three Forces of Decision" 9:
Focus: What do you really want? (e.g., "Financial freedom").
Emotion: Link pain to inaction, joy to action.
Action: Commit to one step (e.g., "Call a financial coach today").
Minute 26–30: Declare aloud: "This is my new truth: ______."
    Key Takeaway
My story proves it: One decision can override a lifetime of limits. Whether it’s trusting a stranger, leaving toxicity, or betting on yourself—clarity + courage = unstoppable transformation.
Now: What’s the one decision you’ve been avoiding? Make it in the next 30 minutes.
(For deeper training, explore Tony’s Breakthrough Framework)
    Why This Works:
Neuroscience: Decisions rewire the brain’s prefrontal cortex, boosting willpower 3.
Spiritual Alignment: Your emphasis on faith mirrors Robbins’ principle: "Belief in a higher purpose fuels resilience".
Real-World Proof: The girl’s recovery and Robbins’ client successes show decisions trump conditions.

  • Charles de Gaulle Quotes

You may be sure that the Americans will commit all the stupidities they can think of, plus some that are beyond imagination.
Patriotism is when love of your own people comes first; nationalism, when hate for people other than your own comes first.
Always choose the hardest way, on it you will not find opponents
I have come to the conclusion that politics are too serious a matter to be left to the politicians.
The graveyards are full of indispensable men.

Nothing more enhances authority than silence. It is the crowning virtue of the strong, the refuge of the weak, the modesty of the proud, the pride of the humble, the prudence of the wise, and the sense of fools. To speak is to . . . dissipate one's strength; whereas what action demands is concentration. Silence is a necessary preliminary to the ordering of one's thoughts.

I have tried to lift France out of the mud. But she will return to her errors and vomitings. I cannot prevent the French from being French.

Genius sometimes consists of knowing when to stop.
The better I get to know men, the more I find myself loving dogs.
No country without an atom bomb could properly consider itself independent.
    Never relinquish the initiative.
Silence is the ultimate weapon of power.
We may go to the moon, but that' s not very far. The greatest distance we have to cover still lies within us.
In politics it is necessary either to betray one's country or the electorate. I prefer to betray the electorate.
France has no friends, only interests.
Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so.
Since a politician never believes what he says, he is quite surprised to be taken at his word.
You have to be fast on your feet and adaptive or else a strategy is useless.

  • 5 Zen Money Principles That Made Me a Millionaire

(Inspired by Ken Honda, Japan’s "Money Guru")
    1. The Abundance Mindset
    Scarcity Thinking:
        "I’ll never have enough."
        "Competition is fierce."
        Fear of loss dominates decisions.
    Zen Shift:
Money flows like water—there’s enough for everyone.
Focus on serving, not taking. Example: A baker who worries about "selling out" vs. one who joyfully feeds the neighborhood.
Action: Each morning, declare: "I am a magnet for opportunities."
    2. Heal Your Money Wounds
    Childhood Traumas:
        "Money is evil."
        "Rich people are greedy."
        Guilt over spending or earning.
    Zen Healing:
Forgive past mistakes (e.g., debt, bad investments). Write a letter to your younger self: "You did your best."
Reframe beliefs: "Money is energy for good."
Action: Identify one money memory that hurts—meditate on releasing it.
    3. Discover Your Gifts
    Forced Labor vs. Flow:
        "I work for a paycheck." → Exhaustion.
"I work from joy." → Wealth follows.
    Zen Path:
What would you do for free? That’s your gift.
Example: Ken Honda’s mentor gave free gold coins—his generosity multiplied his wealth.
Action: Spend 1 hour/week on a passion project without monetizing it.
    4. Trust Life 100%
95% Trust = Fear in Disguise
        "What if I fail?"
        "I need a backup plan."
    Zen Surrender:
Certainty is an illusion. The richest people bet on themselves without guarantees.
Action: When anxious, whisper: "I trust the universe’s plan."
    5. The "Thank You" Transformation
    Gratitude Alchemy:
Say "thank you" 3,000x/day (to bills, challenges, even mistakes).
Why? Gratitude rewires your brain to spot abundance.
My Story: After a paralyzing accident, "Thank you, God" helped me walk again.
Action: Carry a "gratitude rock"—touch it and say "thank you" hourly. The Ultimate Zen Money Secret
    "Forget Money. Focus on Service."
        Money chasers lose. Servers win.
Example: A chef obsessed with Michelin stars burns out. One who cooks to nourish thrives.
Ken’s Mentor: Gave free books/coins—his wealth grew because he detached.
Try This: For 1 week, don’t check your bank balance. Instead, track how many people you helped.Final Thought
Money is a game, but Zen is the rulebook. Play with joy, serve with love, and wealth becomes a side effect of your peace.
Your Turn: Which principle will you practice today?

  • Why Are You Not Happy?

When I look at the lives of many elderly people — who spend most of their time complaining —I can’t help but think: Something must have gone wrong along the way.
Every moment, we make choices:What is important to us
    What fits our life standards
Where we should compromise — and where we should never compromise
A Common Question:Does it make sense to separate once you already have children?
    Never.Here’s why:
You’ll end up paying heavily for your kids while barely seeing them.
Your children will feel abandoned — and so will your spouse.
The result? Resentment instead of love.
If your relationship is in trouble, commit to therapy — emotional, physical, and body-oriented — until you solve the problems. And yes, your spouse should do the same.
Stop Trying to Fit InTrying to “fit in” is one of the worst strategies for enjoying life.
Your neighbor buys a new car — and you feel like you’re missing out?Forget it.Stop caring about what other people do.
Do the things that truly bring you joy, regardless of what others think.
Technology and HappinessA life without TV is a happier life — the same goes for limiting social media.Check social media only once a day for 15 minutes.
Do you really think it’s attractive to be glued to your phone before, after, and even during intimacy?Sadly, 80% of people do this.
If you truly care about your family, put your phone away when you get home — and the same rule should apply to your spouse and kids.
In France, it’s already illegal to use mobile phones in schools. Maybe they know something we don’t.
Money vs. LoveIf you focus solely on making money instead of enjoying life or love, you might get richer —but unhappiness will follow.
The Harvard Study of Adult Development, running for over 75 years, found that:
The happiest, healthiest, longest-living people focused on loving relationships.
The unhappiest people focused on money and success.
The Power of GratitudeThe happiest people are those who constantly think or say “thank you” — for everything.
A University of London study found that two strategies worked best to fight depression:
Thinking and saying “thank you” for everything.
Doing active sports for 1–2 hours every day.
Acceptance and EffortWhat you can’t change — accept it.Complaining doesn’t help.Fighting for your rights might not always win, but at least you’ll know you did your best.
Do the best you can with what you have right now.On bad days, accept that you can’t be your best self — and forgive yourself for it.Say: Okay, I couldn’t do better today. And that’s fine.

  • When God Is About to Bless You with Something Big

    You’ll See These Signs
A Divine Blueprint for Your Breakthrough
You may be in a season of waiting—a time when life feels stagnant, prayers seem unanswered, and uncertainty clouds your vision. But remember: God’s silence is not His absence. Before a monumental blessing, He often prepares you through divine signs. Here’s how to recognize them:
    1. Intensified Spiritual Warfare
"The darkest hour is just before the dawn."
Suddenly, obstacles multiply. Relationships strain, health falters, or doubts scream louder.
This is not coincidence. The enemy senses your impending breakthrough and fights to derail it.
Stand firm: Like Joseph betrayed by his brothers or David facing Goliath, your trials are training for triumph.
    2. Divine Isolation
    "God removes to reposition."
Loved ones drift away. Familiar comforts vanish. You feel alone—but this is holy pruning.
Just as Moses needed wilderness solitude to lead Israel, your isolation is God’s way of removing distractions and deepening your dependence on Him.
Trust the process: "People may walk away, but God is making space for what He’s about to do".
    3. A Surge in Spiritual Hunger
"You’ll crave God like never before."
Prayer becomes oxygen. Scripture feels alive. You’re drawn to worship even in exhaustion.
This hunger is God’s preparation—He’s equipping you to steward the blessing ahead.
Respond: Carve out quiet moments to listen. As Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still, and know that I am God".
    4. Unexpected Doors Open
    "Divine opportunities defy logic."
A random invitation. A sudden provision. Small steps that later reveal their purpose.
Step forward in faith: Like Joseph’s prison cell leading to Pharaoh’s court, God’s path often looks illogical until the pieces align.
    5. Supernatural Peace Amidst Chaos
"A quiet confidence you can’t explain."
While circumstances rage, your spirit feels anchored. This is God’s assurance that He’s already written your victory.
Praise in advance: That inexplicable joy? It’s a divine preview—start thanking God now for what’s coming.
    The Promise
Your waiting has an expiration date. Every test, every tear, every lonely night is part of a master plan far greater than you imagine. As God told Joseph in the pit, David in the fields, and Israel in the wilderness:
"What the enemy meant for evil, I will use for good—to position you for purpose".
Hold on. Your breakthrough isn’t just coming—it’s already on the way.Key Takeaways from Scripture & Stories:
Divine timing is perfect: The Israelites’ 40-year wait for the Promised Land wasn’t a delay—it was preparation.
Trials precede triumph: Jesus’ 40 days in the wilderness preceded His ministry’s launch.
Your story isn’t over: Like the 15-year-old gymnast who won gold by staying present (from your earlier example), God rewards those who trust His process.
"Faith isn’t believing God will do what you want. It’s trusting Him even when He doesn’t." — Billy Graham (paraphrased).

When God Is Preparing You for a Breakthrough – Prayer & Action StepsA Prayer for Your Season of Waiting
"Father, I thank You that even when I can’t see Your hand, I trust Your heart. As I face spiritual battles, isolation, and uncertainty, remind me that these are signs of Your divine positioning. Strengthen my faith to stand firm. Prune away what no longer serves Your purpose for me. Ignite in me a hunger for Your presence like never before. Help me recognize the doors You open and walk through them with courage. Give me Your peace that surpasses understanding, knowing that what You have prepared for me is far greater than anything I’ve left behind. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
5 Action Steps to Partner with God’s Process
**1. When Warfare Intensifies → Put on Your Armor
Scripture Focus: Ephesians 6:10-18 (The Armor of God)
Action: Each morning, declare: "No weapon formed against me shall prosper" (Isaiah 54:17). Write down attacks (fear, doubt, opposition) and counter them with a Bible promise.
**2. When You Feel Isolated → Lean into God’s Presence
Scripture Focus: Psalm 23 ("The Lord is my shepherd")
Action: Start a "wilderness journal." Document what God is teaching you in this season. List relationships or habits He’s removed—thank Him for making space for His blessings.
**3. When Spiritual Hunger Grows → Feed It Daily
Scripture Focus: Matthew 5:6 ("Blessed are those who hunger for righteousness")
Action: Set a 10-minute "divine appointment" with God daily. No requests—just worship (try singing a hymn) or silent listening.
**4. When Doors Open → Move with Discernment
Scripture Focus: Proverbs 3:5-6 ("Trust in the Lord with all your heart")
Action: For every opportunity, ask: Does this align with God’s Word? Does it require faith? Does it serve others? If yes, take the first step.
**5. When Peace Comes → Praise in Advance
Scripture Focus: Philippians 4:6-7 ("Pray with thanksgiving")
Action: Create a "thanksgiving list" of 3 things you’re grateful for each night—including future blessings as if they’ve already happened.
    Final Encouragement
"God’s preparation is never wasted. The same hands that shaped the universe are shaping your story. Your ‘not yet’ is not a ‘no’—it’s a divine ‘wait for it.’"
Your Assignment This Week: Pick one action step above and practice it daily. Watch how God moves when you partner with His process.

  • NAC & Glutathione for longevity.

Crucial New ResearchAs we age — especially after age 50 — our glutathione levels naturally decline. This leaves our cells more vulnerable to unnecessary damage.
    Why Glutathione MattersGlutathione is:
One of the body’s most powerful antioxidants
A critical regulator of oxidative stress
    Essential for immune system function
However, direct glutathione supplements don’t help the body effectively — and in some cases can be harmful. Our bodies need to regulate glutathione levels naturally, as too much glutathione can be toxic.
Balance Is KeyWe need a healthy balance between oxidants and antioxidants. An imbalance — in either direction — can harm the body.
The NAC + Glycine SolutionResearch shows that supplementing with N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) combined with glycine can help restore healthy glutathione levels, making the body more resilient to disease.
    Suggested protocol:
    NAC: 1.5 g, twice a day
Glycine or Serine: 3 g, twice a day
This combination provides the building blocks your body needs to produce exactly the amount of glutathione it requires — no more, no less.
Important Safety NoteIf you are taking blood-thinners, consult your physician before starting NAC.

  • Techniques to calm down our mind
Imagine you enter a messy room,.. How do you feel?
Can we compare our mind with a messy room, when we are distracted?
The first Method: In our mind we have many voices that are arguing, negotiating, or even disturbing us…
If we deny one of these voices, we support this voice with energy and strengthen it.
For instance, a devotee went to his guru and complained that his mind was chattering all the time so he could not meditate or find peace…
The guru said: don’t think on mice, if you think on a mouse punish yourself… Because if you think about mice you eventually become a mouse in your next life…
The devotee went home and was wondering why his Guru had told him not to think on mice? He has never thought on mice before… But when he started with his meditation; he was continuously thinking about mice… It became worse and worse…
What you deny/neglect/suppress/fight that you empower…
So we watch our thoughts and don’t fight against them.
We give our different voices unique names so we can identify them without fighting …
    For instance.
    The complainerThe critic Inner childSuperegoPerfectionistAnxiousAngerMotherBrotherSisterFatherDarlingJustificationPoliceJudgerPoliticianSellerBuyerGreedyBoringCreative….
When a voice wants to say something we let the voice say something to us.  Afterwards we say: “thank you for sharing.” Or if we don’t have time, please wait, share your opinion in an hour or so… (be truthful and definitive).
Through the discrimination of our different voices and watching them, they will lose their power over us… Quote: If you call a demon by his name, he becomes weaker…
    The second Method:
We make every day 3 times brainstorming for 5 minutes and write down every single thought…
After a month, we read all of our thoughts. Then we identify our thinking pattern that repeats and again…  So if we run the next time in the same pattern we already have identified, we simply notify that…
And the thinking pattern will lose so their power over us.

  • Faith, cowardice and stupidness
In the Thomas Evangelical the Lord said: the sheep that leaves the flock is for me more precious than the entire flock. This means we should follow our own light/ wisdom or intuition we receive from the Lord, regardless of what other people think about that. And that is surrender…
Just to follow the media is more or less stupidness… The Journalists have a small income (so they are so corrupt) and the editor will censor the manuscript and the same will do the news channels. What remains on trueness? So farer you are away and so less you can check the news so more is the probability that the news is wrong! And just to follow the mass doesn’t require wisdom or braveness…Beside that, Earl Nightingale said the mass is always wrong… If you have the choice to follow a big group or small group you rather make no mistake in your entire life to follow the small group…
For instance, why are owning less than 10% of the population nearly 90% of the wealth? Because the mass is always right?
Every inventor had the bones to go through the night to discover and explore the uncovered things… Because of his faith and regardless of any distraction, he invented something new….
Faith without braveness is no faith at all… We have to trust our own light, wisdom and intuition regardless of how scary it is…
The biggest problem is that we don’t know what is our intuition or light…And for this we have to look inside of us and to learn to discriminate between our madness, ego, distraction and our true self…
We should watch our madness, fears, ego, anger, sadness… and not condemn that.We never should suppress our negativity. Because often we have to change our path.We get doubts and then evidence when we are on the wrong or right path…
For instance, when I trek through unknown terrariums, I am a master in losing the path… Guess, if I would not have my doubts, I would never reach my target…
Fanatics are people that follow stupid ideas and never look if the ideas are always true!We have all the time to adjust our ideas until they become true!Otherwise we would become a fanatic…
There is no straight path in nature. We have to check and rectify our thoughts and ideas… to find the best path.I am always ready to hear the opposite opinion of myself. And that is not a distraction for me, it is rather a more fine tuning…We can hear the Lord in every being, just open up …

  • Humbleness
What is humbleness?Ask this yourself? My brother said humbleness is a decoration but you advance much more without!
Yes, he is correct but never could understand life!
When you heard the Boxing Champion Muhammed Ali shouting that he is the greatest…And later he died with dementia and his body was trembling… What for a disgrace…If you compare the life from Muhammed Ali with the German Boxing Champion Max Schmeling …
Max Schmeling agenda was: Never to brag.To be honest and loyal to every price. To sacrifice his money for the needy. And even to risk his life for Jews that he helped…He died well respected with 99 and even was rich…
Braggers don’t make it.  For every I you have to suffer. (Sufi Proverb) If we say, for instance, “I am the greatest” then we get punished for that… Try it out: Brag and watch what happens afterward.
I was growing up under terrible conditions, my family treated me like sh*t.When I was studying, I had to visit my family, and that was awful… Even I helped all the time, but my deficit is that I am honest and tell what I think… We had a servant who was cleaning and also cooking sometimes ..She was a simple woman who had lost her husband in the war and… My mother treated her so badly and disrespectful, she still stuck to her work and never complained…When I came home every 3 months she was so cheerful and happy when she saw me…I even didn’t respect that, because I was rather more fixated on my sorrow that I experienced with my family…I knew her my entire childhood until I separated from my family…Yes, she was humble… She saw the beauty that other people don’t see with an open heart… And so she enjoyed her life, after so much hardships…
Other example We had in the neighborhood an old peasant woman. She owned a small farm, her husband died already and her kids moved out of her farm…She invited a young couple with a kid to join her for a small rent… She was all the time busy to help. We as kids were every day at her home and playing…As a simple old woman she could be together with young people and kids instead of living isolated… And she was also rich, but she never told that… Humbleness was on her agenda… Guess, she could enjoy her life and was healthy until she died when she was sleeping…
Humbleness makes you enjoy your life…
