  • Quotes Karl Popper

The only way to test a hypothesis is to look for all the information that disagrees with it.
The growth of knowledge depends entirely upon disagreement.

Ignorance is not a simple lack of knowledge but an active aversion to knowledge, the refusal to know, issuing from cowardice, pride, or laziness of mind.

True ignorance is not the absence of knowledge, but the refusal to acquire it.
The question is not how to get good people to rule; THE QUESTION IS: HOW TO STOP THE POWERFUL from doing as much damage as they can to us.

If you can't say it simply and clearly, keep quiet, and keep working on it till you can.

Whenever a theory appears to you as the only possible one, take this as a sign that you have neither understood the theory nor the problem which it was intended to solve.

Optimism is a duty. The future is open. It is not predetermined. No one can predict it, except by chance. We all contribute to determining it by what we do. We are all equally responsible for its success.

In so far as a scientific statement speaks about reality, it must be falsifiable; and in so far as it is not falsifiable, it does not speak about reality.

If we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them.

No rational argument will have a rational effect on a man who does not want to adopt a rational attitude.

Those who promise us paradise on earth never produced anything but a hell.

You cannot have a rational discussion with a man who prefers shooting you to being convinced by you.

Every solution of a problem raises new unsolved problems.

It is not possible to write clearly enough to avoid being misrepresented by people who are sufficiently determined to do so.

It can't happen here is always wrong: a dictatorship can happen anywhere.

We do not know. We can only guess.
It is part of my thesis that all our knowledge grows only through the correcting of our mistakes.

  • How to waste our life?
Do we live for our substitute gratification or do we really make the things that we want?

    Do we surrender our life:
To love?To our mission?Or to our passions?Do we give our child rather more surrogates to calm them down? Are we loving parents…?

What are our substitute gratifications?TV, Facebook, industrially processed food, Junk food, drugs, all the distraction… mainly everything that we don’t need and don’t give us the reason to live.

When I was 25 years old, I read the book: The Continuum-Concept, In Search of Lost Happiness, by Jean Liedloff…

In this book, Jean describes the suffering of the sciences who trekked through the Amazons area and their porters, simple American Indians who enjoyed the journey…
Why was it so?The American Indians had no trekking gear, and they carried the heavy baggage of the Sciences… so they should suffer much harder…?
The reason is:The American Indians grew up with so much love … and so pain, hardship is for them easy to endure.

We are growing up with less or no love, but with substitute gratification. And the surrogates make us weak…!

I could watch a similar situation when I lived 25 years ago in an Indian Ashram. The Indians could bear very much pain, hardships and could still enjoy their life…

The Indians were beating their kids. And still, they were giving their kids so much love and forgiveness that the pain was for the Indians not important. They didn’t rather care for the pain.
When you can choose between good and pleasant/enjoyable, choose the good the pleasant is mostly evil. - Vedanta

Why is it so? For instance, an unhealthy lifestyle is pleasant, but in the long term, you get punished for that…

So more substitute gratification, so more we get lost in our life…

A quote from the movie “Rocky”

But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done.

Through the substitute gratification, we are getting so weak that we can’t surrender anymore our life to the things that matter to us.

And when we get ill by the surrogates, we are taking drugs or medicine that makes us even weaker…

  • What is a great breakfast?
     Green Smoothies

How to have a substantial breakfast or snack that is so healthy… For breakfast make a smoothie (in a blender) with only fruits (no avocado) add some ripe bananas to it, to satisfy your appetite and a little bit water. It will be digested in 20 to 30min, and you have all the nutrition like the enzymes and the vitamins …
A regular bread with cheese needs up to 8 hours for the digestion… What is about the proteins? The human body needs very fewer proteins, in the mother’s milk is only 1.5% proteins, and a baby needs proteins very much. This means 10g/day is enough, the bananas have up to 10% proteins.
Now I am in Mexico, and I bought for $50 the Nutri Ninja Pro (Nutri Ninja is the very best small blender, comparable with the high-speed blender).
With this blender you can blend all of your fresh vegetables or fruits like a smooth beverage or pulp; that is easy to digest and so excellent for your health… For instance, have you tried to eat raw red beet…? Not so tasty… then you blend it with avocado, tomatoes, and yogurt and it is delicious; and for your baby, it is the best what you can do, after the scandal from Athlete…
Blend the fruits and vegetables to a pulp, eat it and see what happens… Try homemade noodles (fresh noodles) with a fresh blended, uncooked avocado-tomato-vegetable sauce…  The next days watch your toilet… Your bowels will also produce smooth …
If we want to work effectively, be healthy and enjoy our life - with bad food we can’t do that.  If we usually eat these industrially processed food or fast food (Pizza, hamburgers,…), then our body doesn't gain any enzymes and maybe at best only synthetic vitamins (vitamins can’t be digested without the enzymes). This makes our body week. The computer expert used the term  Gigomat…. Garbage input … Garbage output… If we want an excellent output for our body, then we have to give our body healthy food with enzymes and vitamins, enough body exercise and sufficient time to rest…. Also, we eat too fast our food… This means usually we should chew 36 times the food that is coming in our mouth… So that we have already predigested the food. Honestly, do you chew 36 times on every bite you take in your mouth? If we chew really good, then we get only 10% of the nutrition. With the high-speed blender, we gain much more of the nutrition inside of the food… With juicing, we can get up to 99% of the nutrition. Be healthy and then you can enjoy your life much better.

  • Asia’s Rise: Economic Triumph and Middle-Class Expansion

     1.  Explosive Growth: Asia’s middle class has surged from 1.9 billion in 2009 to 3.2 billion by 2016, with projections of 3.5 billion by 2030—two-thirds of the global middle class 19. China alone accounts for 37% of this demographic, reshaping global consumption patterns in luxury, tech, and infrastructure.
Poverty Reduction: Extreme poverty has plummeted from 75% in 1950 to ~10% today, driven by Asia’s economic reforms and digitalization 1. Countries like India and China, once among the poorest, now boast modern infrastructure (e.g., subways, airports) rivaling the West’s [user context].
Regional Disparities: While Southeast Asia faces near-term economic slowdowns (e.g., Indonesia’s growth dipped to 4.87% in Q1 2025 due to trade tensions), long-term potential remains strong.
Counterpoint: Asia’s growth is uneven. The IMF notes vulnerabilities like trade wars and capital flow volatility, and wealth gaps persist despite middle-class gains.
    2. The West’s Decline: Economic Stagnation and Moral Erosion
Shrinking Middle Class: Western middle-class growth stagnates (projected to drop from 17% to 13% of the global share by 2030), while CEO pay skyrockets (150x higher than 40 years ago) and wage stagnation persists (e.g., U.S. minimum wage stuck at $7.50)
Geopolitical Hypocrisy: The West’s moral authority erodes due to:
Selective Human Rights: Condemning Russia’s actions while supporting Israel’s strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities (risking regional contamination).
UN Double Standards: Vetoing accountability for allies (e.g., U.S. shielding Israel) while decrying Russian vetoes.
Domestic Crises: Homelessness (327,000 in NYC), inflation, and crumbling infrastructure contrast with Asia’s advancements [user context].
Search Context: The term "Westlessness" captures this decline, citing the West’s loss of moral credibility and failure to uphold its professed values.
    3. War and Karma: A Contentious Legacy
Declining War Deaths: While historical conflicts (Vietnam, Iraq) caused massive casualties, modern warfare fatalities have decreased [user context]. However, NATO’s interventions (e.g., Libya, Syria) and proxy wars (e.g., Ukraine) perpetuate instability.
Iran-Israel Tensions: Israel’s strikes on Iranian nuclear sites (Natanz, Isfahan) risked radiological disasters, especially at Bushehr’s reactor, threatening Gulf water supplies. Critics argue such actions exemplify Western-aligned militarism.
Key Irony: The West’s economic struggles (e.g., tariffs hurting consumers) coincide with its militaristic expenditures [user context].
    4. Are These the "Best" or "Worst" Times?
Best: Unprecedented poverty reduction, technological leaps, and Asia’s rise suggest progress. China’s middle class now drives global markets.
        Worst: Western pessimism stems from:
Economic Inequality: Tax breaks for the wealthy (e.g., Warren Buffett’s 13% rate) vs. austerity for the working class [user context].
Moral Bankruptcy: Gaza, Ukraine, and Iran expose Western hypocrisy, fueling Global South disillusionment.
Synthesis: The answer depends on geography and class. For Asia’s middle class, this may be the "best" era; for Western workers facing stagnation and geopolitical blowback, it feels like decline. Conclusion: A Divided World
Your argument highlights a pivotal shift: Asia’s ascent through economic pragmatism contrasts with the West’s self-sabotage via inequality and militarism. Yet, challenges like trade wars and nuclear risks remind us that progress is fragile.
Final Thought: As the West grapples with "Westlessness", its future hinges on addressing internal inequities—or facing further decline. Meanwhile, Asia must ensure growth benefits all, not just the rising middle class.

  • You need to live your passions
People are growing old and losing their senses, passions, ambitions ...Getting stacked in their life routines. And that they call wisdom… And then they like to stop other people to have fun, sex, and rock n’ roll…Or to try out new things… Even worse these old people have never gained any spirituality or faith in the Lord… Osho called that a useless life… In the Hindu Religion, they discovered the Vasanas …The Vasanas are behavior, passions in different ages of our life, that we should live for a healthy life. For instance, kids at certain ages like to play certain games, like to learn certain things and behave differently… When they are in their puberty they discover their sexuality… and want sex… And that is normal and good… So older we grow so less sex is possible… and so easier it is to develop spirituality and faith in the Lord… This means, so older we get so more we should develop our spirituality, faith in the Lord because that makes sense… The Hindu scripture recommended to separate with 50, from their family, kids (not from their spouse), and live for God… And we should not force our kids to become saints… because that are not their vasanas. Today, life is different and the smartphone is our God and the passions are forgotten…
We see everywhere depressed people …If the depressed people would live their vasanas, the frustration would be much less… At least we should make something that makes sense for us and is fulfilling …We should build up every day our Self-esteem otherwise we get frustrated … Again people should never stop other people to live their vasanas even they are parents or grandparents… Let the young people live their sex and Rock and Roll, and the older people develop their spirituality and love for God …

  • Ask and ask and ask…

I see people don’t like to ask and capsize …
Why they didn’t have asked in the first place?
I am an over introvert person, shy, I was stuttering, could not learn my natural language and I am dyslexic… In other words a failure in languages.
When I was 19 years old, I drove a very old cheap car and was proud of that… I participated in a car rally where we had to answer for some landmarks questions… This means to ask unknown people on the street… A huge challenge for me…
But we were a team, I drove and a friend asked the people on the street so that we got the third price…
When I saw how freely he asked, even very stupid questions…
nobody killed him,or blamed him, or abused him, even better, everybody on the street liked to help him….
This was so incredible for me to watch…
I thought what he can do I can do too! And my whole life changed!
Since this time I always ask, also stupid questions…Even I get very often rejected… How painful is that…?
Even I get wrong answerers, every answer is helpful and points in the right direction…
By checking the wrong answerers I can find the solution or I can be inspired to find the solution!
But it is much more stupid not to ask!!!!

Your life quality depends on the question you ask…
And that is so true… Find this out by yourself.
What happens if you ask again and again the same questions?
Is that stupid? Or do you get different answers from different people or to different times?
In the group “Enlightenment Intensive” You ask yourself all the time the same question…”Who I Am” to discover your true self; and that for 10 days…
Believe me, that is an awesome group to discover yourself.
What else… Start to ask yourself the right questions that transform your life or to get you out of your treat-mil…
Question everything and your life will flourish.

  • Regret the past until the past is gone…
From our recovery time depends our success…
Imagine you are boxing and get a hit that hurts you so much…
Do you think you can still fight with the same power and speed?
Or do you feel rather more handicapped and so your enemy can knock you down?
    And that is life…
The best stock-market traders have the shortest recovery time…
After the coronavirus crises, many firms are on the edge to bankruptcy or bankrupt…
The losers are regretting; the winners using the chances to get even richer through a crisis…
If you regret your past completely, you can start new and you will see your chances…
Otherwise, you see only a dark future and you will miss out opportunities…
The worst example is Nikon… Nikon has lost 87% of its profits and 13% of its revenues compared to March 2019 …
Still, Nikon is not changing his strategies that have caused their losses… and even give the excuses because of the coronavirus and the flooding in Thailand…
What are your excuses? Or what do you regret… Honesty!

To think “I regret nothing in my life” will not help without checking what are your emotional and suppressed regrets that held you back?
Imagine you again in the ring and got a blow that hurts so much, do you think your positive thinking “I regret nothing” will help?
Or would it be much better to train your endurance for taking hits?
And that is needed in our life…
But first feel the pain and make your regrets…
I suggest this Meditation with music that you can download: Link at the end.
If you want your power back, make this meditation!
    Regret Meditation:
Breathe chaotic deep in and out with the support of your entire body for 10 minutes.. Breathe deep out with your nose and deep in with your nose and or mouth. While you stand with relaxed and a little bent knees (the knee should bend just only over the whole foot).
When you breathe out, you bend the body forward, and your bent arms swing forward and inside. When you breathe in you bend the body backwards, and your bent arms swing backward and outside. (Tabla Rhythm)
20 minutes think vividly about your pain and regrets..Release your regrets emotionally and powerfully with the support of your body.If you can’t use your voice, make it remote… (Minimal music)
10 minutes shake your body. Shake your regrets and negativities out. (African drums)10 minutes sit in mediation with your back straight. (Indian Flute)10 minutes dance and celebrate. (spiritual Disco music)

  • No One Is Your Friend

    – The Harsh Truth About Success & Loyalty
(Inspired by Jack Ma’s Unfiltered Wisdom)

    1. The Brutal Reality No One Admits
"When you’re struggling, people clap. When you succeed, they vanish—or worse, sabotage you."
        Jack Ma’s Story:
Failed high school twice, mocked by peers.
    For instance:
When I became an engineer, "friends" saw me as competition.
Even spiritual growth (Kundalini awakening in 2 years vs. decades) triggered jealousy.
Chinese Proverb: "The greatest pleasure is watching a friend fall from a roof."
Why It Happens: Most relationships are transactional, not loyal.
    2. The 3 Stages of "Friendship" in Success
        The Cheering Phase:
"You can do it!" (When you’re no threat.)
        The Silence Phase:
            You outgrow them  They withdraw.
        The Sabotage Phase:
"You think you’re better than us?" (Their insecurity speaks.)
Example: My classmates supported me until my engineering career threatened their job prospects.
    3. What to Do When You Realize This
        Stop Expecting Loyalty:
People support what benefits them, not your dream.
        Build Alliances, Not Dependencies:
            Partnerships  Friendships in business.
        Trust Only Two Things:
Your Own Resolve ("I don’t need applause to build.")
God/Universe ("Divine purpose doesn’t need committees.")
    4. The Freedom in This Truth
No More People-Pleasing: Focus on impact, not approval.
Silent Grind: The greatest empires (Alibaba included) were built in isolation first.
        Clarity = Power:
"When you accept no one is your friend, you stop making emotional decisions."
    5. Jack Ma’s Survival Blueprint
Expect Betrayal: It’s not personal—it’s human nature.
        Become Self-Sufficient: Skills  connections.
        Loyalty Test:
"Who sticks around when I fail?" (Spoiler: Very few.)
    Final Warning & Empowerment
"Success is lonely because it’s a solo journey. But that loneliness is your armor."
    Your Move Today:
Write down one dream you’ve delayed for fear of judgment.
Cross out one "friend" who doubts you (mentally or literally).
        Act without announcing it.
    Remember:
Jesus had 12 disciples; 1 betrayed Him.
Steve Jobs was fired by his own board.
Jack Ma was rejected 30+ times before Alibaba.
You’re in legendary company. Now go build.
(For more unfiltered truths, watch Jack Ma’s full speech.)
    Why This Works:
Psychology: Social pain (betrayal) activates the same brain regions as physical pain. Accepting this numbs the sting.
History: Every icon—from Einstein to Oprah—faced isolation before breakthroughs.
You: That anger? Channel it into unstoppable action.
Question: Who’s one person you thought was a friend but vanished when you leveled up? (Name them silently. Then let them go.)

  • Real Magic?
In the ALL 5 GOLDEN BUZZER Britain’s Got Talent 2018, a Magician proved that the future has already processed in the past…He proves it when he lets the jury do 5 random tasks…The last 2 tasks were:
1.) A judge should twist a Rubik’s Cube Magic from the order (every side has one specific color) to a random pattern where every side has unique colors…You agree, Easy to do.
2.) Another judge (Simon) should circle one random word with a pencil in a book with 200.000Words. The magician or anybody else (including this member) could see the encircled word.  And then the magician showed a video where his baby guessed correctly these different tasks, even the baby was twisting and matched the Rubik’s Cube Magic pattern and put the correct side upwards like the jury member and pronounced the word that the jury member had encircled...
In the Shrimad Bhagavantam Krishna proofs again and again, the future is already processed and so the outcome… So we don’t have to worry; the results are already there…
This means, we are sitting in a movie and watching our life, our life is just like the film roll that turns around… Still, we are anxious, angry… But for what? Our life has already happened.
And so we should be calm and composed all the time because everything has happened already…
Exactly that proved the Magician in the Show “Britain got talents”. I don’t think it was fake…
If we trust our intuition we will experience what we already thought will happen.Somehow the Bible is confirming that:Faith can move mountains…This means with our faith we experience our future.

  • Everything happens for a reason…
And other lies I have loved… Kate Bowler
TED talk of a terminal cancer patient…
We all are living in a dream world …And we need a reason to be happy and successful … Regardless of what.
Just be good and you attract gooood things…?
Inside rich and outside rich… ?
I have helped the poor people in Indians slums…
And there must be for everything a Karma…?
So the poor people are poor and the good people are rich…?
Wait, but I have seen corrupt people are rich and successful…
For everything, we need logic …
When logic dies wisdom takes birth (Aurobindo).
I went to the best marketing experts… They got rich and I got my experience. The same is true for money-making strategies…
The problem is that we do need that reason instead to do the work…?
Still, our psychology or outside circumstances can crumble everything…
There is not a granted output for anything that we do…
    Otherwise, life would be easy…
My last German language teacher, age 84, had 2 Doctor titles and taught 7 different languages,…
Taught us something different, that he had lost two times his family, 3 times his wealth…
    He taught us:
    1. Never give up.  2. You have to learn always. 3. Don’t care for the pain.4. Faith in God is important!
Because anything, to any moment, can happen to us…
And so we lose our hopes, love, wealth…
At the end of the day is the question even everything crumbled…
    Did we enjoy our journey?
How many people died by a heart attack or cancer when pursuing their courier?
Are not lovely relationships much better?
For what do we sacrifice our life?
Are we entitled to become or get anything…?
    Be humble…!
But we can freely love everybody…
Remember the song: “The greatest Love of all” sung by Whitney Houston
This song was written in the hospital by a terminal-ill patient, she died shortly afterward on breast cancer. …
