 The disease of the Introverts and Perfectionists… 

You can do it, or you can learn… Failure is only possible if you can’t learn from your wrongdoing or if you can’t forgive yourself…
There is always a second chance when you have learned from your wrongdoing! 
If you are a perfectionist… Think always, it is good enough and nothing is perfect. Everything can fail… Only God is perfect…
All of these regrets and to feel guilty are based that we can’t live our own moralities/standards or ethics…
For example, you are a male and fail in the bed. That is usually for males the most painful situation in their life,… Even every man will fail or has been unable in the bed at least one time.  And females don’t understand why males take that failing so dam seriously. 
Solution: Say sorry, that I was unable to sleep with you, and this has nothing to do with you, and that has happened before. This always happens if I am too excited, too much under pressure, or have too much stress. Please forgive me that I could not sleep with you. (But don’t say that you have slept with another girl an hour before!!!)
What is if you are addicted or have done something awful (had an accident, lost your job…). 
You feel guilty, and this guilt keeps you in your addiction or in your bad consciousness…
So longer you go the wrong track or feel guilty so worse it becomes…
The solution is easy, you choose to speak openly about your feelings, your regrets to your friends, family, colleagues. If you can’t disclosure your emotions, your thoughts then go to a therapist… 
And even better you share your emotions with people who are in the same situation and who have overcome your problem… For instance, the AA (Anonymous Alcoholics) is a self-help organization for all kinds of addiction…. 
If we have messed up in our relationships or profession…
First, we should analyze our moralities/standards and ask ourselves:
Do our moralities really serve us?
Are our standards not too high?
Have we decided or lived wrong because our moralities are not fitting us?
Are our ethics designed for feeling guilty?
Did we overtake consciousness or unconsciousness our standards from our parents? 
Could our parents live their standards?

Second, if we have done wrong, apologize immediately, Sorry, I have done wrong, and I try to compensate that… 
Was the input for your job as promised or enough?
Did you honestly have a chance to accomplish your goal or job?

Very often, we agree to something that we never have a chance to accomplish or do accordingly… 
Before we promise anything, we must feel good about it… For instance, it is quite hard to get from me any promise… For what should I give a promise when it is not necessary? 
In relationships, we don’t have our partner under our control, and that is the beauty of a lovely relationship…
We try our best. And through misunderstanding, we encounter tragedies, … That is normal.
Forgiveness and gratitude for remaining in our love-relationship are a must to fondle the devotion to our lover! 
So what, we don’t know what will happen in the next years… If the relationship is not fitting anymore, or the love is over, separate… Be grateful for the good time you are in the relationship and go on in your life! 

When you start something new, then very often you have done it wrong in the past.
For instance, I have begun with Feng Shui… And after adopting the rules of Feng Shui I must admit, my previous life-time would have been much easier if I would have integrated Feng Shui in my life sooner…
So what, should I beat myself up or should I be happy that I have invited Feng Shui in my life? 
When you grow older, you have made so many mistakes that you don’t care anymore…

People often ask me what is the most effective technique for transforming their life. It is a little embarrassing that after years and years of research and experimentation, I have to say that the best answer is - just be a little kinder.
Love casts out fear; but conversely fear casts out love. And not only love. Fear also casts out intelligence, casts out goodness, casts out all thought of beauty and truth.
If most of us remain ignorant of ourselves, it is because self-knowledge is painful and we prefer the pleasures of illusion.

Usually, people choose via the internet a hotel with specific features and they forget that they want also to meet new people. The people like more to stay in their comfort zone and so they choose the same dishes they eat at home and stay with the same people in the hotel.
You can stay for free with couchsurfing.com. When you use workaway.com, you will stay with the locals for free and you work 4-5 hours and get food and earn some money… 
What is about women… Every man is raping them?For instance, the beautiful French girl F (21) is hitchhiking and Couchsurfing (she stayed already at over 100 hosts) for free, needs only $50 per month, flies for $120 from Stockholm to Krabi with Norwegian Airways .. And she got never raped or sold her. She stayed with me for free, even I gave her the food for free… I took beautiful pictures when she was making yoga at the beach…
You can do volunteer work when you travel and you will meet great people …
When I was a student, I worked for a minimum wage in the USA and in Amsterdam;   organized by IAESTE… 
Then I worked also as a volunteer in a spiritual place for free in France… 
Did I like that? Was it worth to do so? Did I improve my English? Was it better than TV and Facebook? 
Then I saw people working for small firms for 4 to 5 hours a day including food and a small salary… in Panama (workaway)… You can do so!  
European students like to work in Australia for some months to earn the money to travel in Asia…

 It sounds bazaar… What is bazaar is exciting!
Imagine you move into the house of a millionaire who got bankrupt and made suicide… 
Do you think that still negative energy is in this house?
Do you think that this negative energy in this house will negatively influence you? 
Many years ago, I visited an exhibition of Tibetan art (furniture, carpets, singing bowls, Tangkas) in a big new hall…  And the energy of this hall became sacred just through this exhibition… 
When I was in Tibet, I visited a monastery and the energy was so negative and later I heard that many monks were killed in this monastery and I felt that …
If we move into a new home or if something severe negative happened in our house, we make an energy clearing in our home… Afterward, our home feels more relaxed and positive…  Or do it once a month!
How to make it?
We need a drum (like a djembe), bell, cymbals, gong, energy chimes (with 3 tones), singing bowl, or clapping,…
If we are in a good mood, we can make the clearing. We start from our main entrance, going right (following the next wall to the right side), and going through every room in a circle; so that we finish at the main entrance. And while we are walking through the house, we hit our percussion instrument, if possible with different sounds. At every door, corner, we hit, even more, our instrument. Let yourself time. Make this procedure 3 times and do it for every floor, including basement, garage, closet, bathroom. 
Afterward, if our home is clean and tidy we should make a home blessing.For every religion and for every person, it can be different!
Our Ashram in India has always made the blessing for the homes of the householder … 
The most important rooms are the main sleeping room, living room, and the home altar.
We prayed in the main rooms for the blessing of God/divine with incense sticks, oil ghee lamps, tabla… And we have sung devotional songs for the lord… 

For the Feng Shui blessing, we get a representative of the 5 elements (metal, water, wood, fire, earth) put it on a table. Burn an incense stick and a candle for the fire element, close our eyes, open our heart and feel love and gratitude for our home.

 14 Years ago, I was in Brasilia, and I wanted to go to a Party… But I didn’t know where the party was, and I could speak only a little bit of Spain…
So I asked again and again… And there were 5 handsome young big guys, and I asked them… They replied in broken English, we are on the way to this party, you can join us… I followed them, and they went to the beach… And suddenly they attacked me… 
I thought, how dare to attack me… And my thought was so stupid and arrogant…
Never the less, I had fought like crazy to defense me when I was a kid… Every day I was fighting 3 to 4 hours…. And what you do learn as a kid you never lose.
When the Brazilian were attacking me, immediately I jumped to the ground and were boxing and kicking from the ground (this I never have done before). 
One Guy was threatening me with a gun….
And then Goddess Kali was coming, entering my body…. 
I got up very fast, yelled like crazy, and ready to kill them… I kicked away the pistole, and to the same time, I was boxing, and I strangled the neck of one guy.
Within 20 seconds the guys were running for their life, and I wanted just to kill them…
You can’t defend your life if you do not be ready to kill when necessary! 
The tremendous power of Kali saved my life… 
I went first to the police and then finally I found the place of the party…
I entered the entrance, the guys let me in. 
Inside were such gorgeous girls in elegant, and expensive garments. The parents in smoking and party dresses ….  and the boys in worn-out blue jeans…. So that doesn’t match… 
I went straight to the toilet… And I looked so shabby, it was so embarrassing for me, with torn shorts/shirt, bloody knees, and blood in my face… I didn’t feel any pain… So what, I washed myself and went back to the party. And I danced like crazy… I was afraid to date a beautiful girl … 
At 2 o’clock in the morning, I came back to my pension and a half-hour later a black magic girl knocked on my door… I knew her from the previous night. So what, Goddess Kali is black and so she, and we had a very wild night together… 
Never give up. And trust in God.

 When you have made the decision and follow the rules/strategies to 100%, you don’t have to think anymore…
You just act accordingly …
For instance, the bravery of the soldier of Napoleon/Hitler… they just act accordingly, not thinking, no guessing… this means full commitment… No problem anymore
If a person, even he is the worst sinner, has made the decision to become a yogi, he is already a saint… Srimad Bhagavatam
If you want to shift your life, you just act…
For instance, when I understood that eating meat is stupid, unethical and for what is this good… I changed immediately. 
When I could understand that eating only raw is the best I could change immediately…
When I could understand that total surrender to the inner part instead to follow my ego…For what, should I live such a lousy ego life? I could change immediately.
When I convinced quite a lot of people (even my best friends) to stop smoking, after some time they were disgusted to smoke … and stopped smoking…
Imagine, if you are compromising your decision then you never have made the shift to be on a higher level….
And even it is only 2% that you compromise to eat unhealthy food… You never have made the decision to live healthily…
For instance, it was really magical when our Asram was traveling through India that I could get everywhere my raw-cost. Because I have made the decision to eat only raw-cost, I attracted everywhere my bananas, fruits… And that even when I was hiking in the Himalaya…
If you don’t have made your decision to 100% you will attract everywhere your own resistance …
The first step: 
Convince yourself to 100%
For instance, I always find enough material to write every week my 2 blogs, because I have made the decision….
And I hate inconsistency,… Sorry, I can’t hardly accept inconsistency people… It is for me so disgusting… Because it is disgusting, I don’t want to become that. 
Second step:
Hate inconsistency … If you make your decision, you cut off all other things that are not in line with your choice…All successful entrepreneurs have one thing in common, they went through that never return option… and all unsuccessful entrepreneurs didn’t make it until the never return option.
For instance, I never could convince me to marry. Why? I want to have sex with my darling regularly and for that is the marriage the worst place. I have never seen a marriage that would work out for me. 
Third step:You need a raw model to follow up…

The best is, we start our inner journey when we have reached our Zenith…
