Here start the problem, that we feel uneasy to be alone, that we afraid to go alone to a place, to ask strangers, instead to enjoy it.... Sometimes we feel minor because we are alone or we think nobody loves us. The problem is, that we think that other people think bad about us, when we are alone.... In reality nobody is caring for us, when we are alone under strangers. Everybody is focused on himself, even when we are together with somebody, we are not that important .... Everybody lives in his/her world.... so that we even remain alone, if we are exchanging our opinion.... Now comes the point, it might be provoking: Franz Kafka said: If I would tell you everything from me, all the suffering I went through... you still can't understand me... Oscar Wild: I am my greatest mysterious, - this means we even can't understand ourselves, how we can understand other people. Hans Fallada wrote the book: Every man dies alone.... and so he lives.... With other words: WE ARE ALWAYS ALL ONE. This so called harmony between humans had almost not exist, because of our ego... The ego separates us, without our ego we would be ALL ONE. How would it be, if we would build up enough self-esteem, to love ourselves? Or if we start to define ourselves, instead to create an image from our self in order to get approval?  For instance, now I am sitting behind a table, together with 10 Nepalis who are eating, in a mountain hut on 3700m altitude (in Muktinath), and writing on my Galaxy. This means I am alone under strangers, I exclude them total.... still I am together with them.... And if I like to meditate, I could do the same.... Before I had spoken with the Nepalis over God.... What is the difference to sit alone and writing? There is an old saying for relationships: Who cannot live alone, can't  live together, because how he/she can love, if he/she depend on his/her spouse. Love is only possible when both are independent and not be enslaved. And this is also true for every relationship.  If we can't make our yoga, meditation, music, exercise alone, then we need somebody to do it together... and not always we find somebody. I make my things, because I am convinced of it, regardless my spouse joins me or not...because I want for me the results or the pleasure.... In my family we had two twins, 1 year distance and my oldest sister 3 years older, I was in the last twin. For me it was not possible to be alone and my twin brother (two eggs twin) was my complementary partner, like a couple... In reality they want love, can't get that and so they want sweets. After some time it gets chronicle, the desire for love is suppressed and only the desire/craving remains for sweets. As grown-up, we use eating of sweets and other junk food for suppressing of our fear and all the other feelings.  When I was making the Primal intensive group, (that means: 14 days releasing of the baby hood traumas,14hours/day) it was forbidden to eat sweets instead to eat fruits.... The craving of sweets subsides... and we got condition to substitute sweets for fruits...  one of the best groups that I have ever done... If we do a task that doesn't satisfy us or we have a problem that we can't solve, we want some how a gratification for it....If we don't get the satisfaction we want a compensatory satisfaction.... this means for instance: over eating, eating junk food or sweets, smoking, taking drugs to calm us down, shopping,  looking TV, lose our time in searching the Internet, procrastinating, start to argue over meaningless thinks.... Instead to use our time for ourselves, to be productive, enjoying our hobbies, to have play and fun time, sex .... We waste our precious time. How would it be, if we do this exercise? We breath deep in our frustration/emotions and release them, instead to be indulged in compensatory satisfaction. We learn so to let go our problems... and switch to something meaningful for us.... What we can't solve, simple accept it,... very often we get the solution later...and then we go on in our life.  One difference between a successful entrepreneur and a looser is... successful entrepreneurs know how to switch fast to different tasks, if they can't find the solution for that problem. Time is money.... Or we should choose a work that is more fulfilling for us, even we earn less money for it. How can we recognize our mistakes and start new when we do not fail? Almost everybody thinks to fail is a mistake. And I think not to fail is the mistake. If we can’t fail, we can’t win. If we don’t take a risk in life, we never get what we want! We never can be successful if we are afraid of failing. Failing is a natural process for learning new stuff, to recognize what we can make better. As an engineer, I had learned to fail until it works... And when we have invested very much in getting that specific outcome and losing… It hurts a lot. Because it hurts, we should recognize our mistakes. Great, we change our strategy and try it again. Or maybe that outcome is not so important, it was rather more a Fata Morgana and to enjoy the here and now is maybe more fun. Imagine you are lying on your deathbed, do you think that most of all your goals had been the stress worth to get them? Do you think that your failing is important anymore? We simply see our life too seriously. The best jokes are always when we failed and could laugh about them. At the end it was funny otherwise we see our life too seriously. There was a study ( published: Psychology Today) if the first 3 individuals who arrive at a car accident and don't help the accident victim/victims;  for the next people it will be more difficult to help, because of the group pressure not to help. If there are more than 20 people looking and not helping, it will be very difficult to help....this means the only looking people will even abuse or hindrance the helper.... The philosopher Earl Nightingale said it simple.... If there are two groups, a big group and a very small group going in opposite directions, and we always choose to follow the little group in our life, we will make rather no mistake in our whole life.... This means, most of the time the mass is always wrong.... For instance, I went trekking in Nepal; in the night I entered the hotel restaurant.... and the porters/ mountain guides were smoking, and the tourists were sitting on a fare most distance table and not smoking.... I got angry, and immediately I said, it is not allowed to smoke inside, smoking causes cancer.... I don't like to eat here, please send my salad to my room. Maybe l am intolerant.... never less they stopped smoking.... Still, I didn't like to sit there, because of the group pressure against me. Imagine if there would be war and nobody (soldier) will be there, there would be no war, and almost every war was wrong... We have to decide for ourselves, what is right or wrong, instead to follow blind a group....  In marketing, it means, that we ignore social proof for a product, instead to chose for ourselves what is the best.... I look up for instance always Amazon for reviews or other sources, if this is possible.... For the spiritual seeker: The sheep that doesn't follow the flock, I (this means God) prefer more than the whole flock (Thomas Evangelin). Here is again true, follow your own way, make your own experience, instead to follow blind a group... regardless how that looks for others. This will be very provocative and had been always… If we read: “The Conference of the Birds” from Farid-ud-din Attar… from the greatest Sufi, Martyr of Love…. (died 900 years ago) Then we understand that true love is much more powerful than to renounce the world… Even it is the same…. Because if we surrender total (not 99%) to love to our darling so that we (our ego) will die in the love … then for sure, no worldly good will attract us anymore… because true love is much more. Our sexual life will not be important… because the love burns our ego and to the same time our body gets satisfied and who cares for a dime (sex) when he has already a Billion (love)… So that our sexual desires are emerged in our love and get transformed … If we renounce the world and live in Celibacy (I have done so for 10 years) then our body don’t get what our body needs,- sex. Our suppressed sexuality causes diseases … Let us go deeper in love…  Where is love is God or Allah! Imagine Whitney Houston, this great and very beautiful singer was drug addicted and had a very abusive marriage. She was a huge temptation for almost every man… Was she divine or evil? Who cares?  If we would fall in love with her and would love her total … it would burn our ego, because of the love and her bad habits … This means her bad habits would become the obstacles of love, that would test our love and drive our love… Love wants it difficult (Attar)… regardless how difficult it is, we surrender…. Through the surrendering to love, all of our bad habits, negativities are surfacing… and if we then abuse our darling we become the loser, instead to work on our negativity and bad habits. With other words, we let hurt us, go deep in our negative feelings and release them… without hurting our darling. And then our love will grow and can become divine in this love process…. When I got my great chance in life to surrender to love to my darling, I said total yes… We made tantra and through that, we were crying like crazy, and all the negative feelings went up, it was a dying every day. Every day we started new and had released our negative feelings from the day before… Our love went through the roof and also our spirituality. I got as an atheist my first God experience and it was actually the call of God to me… Our love became more difficult and greater every day and then we separated… One year later I renounced the world…. Sure Whitney Houston was divine and who cares for her bad habits will never be able to surrender to love… The bad habits from our darling are a must, in order that love can purify our soul… All these stupid abusing of sex shows that love is never an option or that we have fear of sex and fear to love. Allah is giving us a spouse because we are weak (Koran). This means also, we become stronger through the confrontation of love to our spouse. Any promotion is good promotion… So more scandals, so faster we get well known and so more fans we get. These means if we polarize the public (recently done from President Trump), we will get enemies and to the same time fans. Without fans, we don’t have a chance on the market. Even better the press is working for us for free if we give them scandals and provoking messages. Think it over, and it worked so good for Osho (Bhagwan) or Trump. Always change. The mind or ego always needs something new. Otherwise, we get bored and looking for somewhere else exciting new stuff… Who had evolved over the years his teaching more than Osho? Promote/promise what the people want and give them what they need (T. Harv Eker). (What you tell them is true, but what I tell them (useful lies) is good for them, Osho’s version) Osho was great in promising the enlightenment for everybody. Osho attracted even people who didn’t have any interest in the spiritual path, like people from the Green Party and psychology scene. Osho offered free sex and love for becoming enlightenment through the Tantra path. Great attractor. Before we could make Tantra, we had to go through encounter and primal groups, had to learn meditation, bioenergetic, yoga … And through this preparing for the final Tantra group, our heart was open for love, and we got more stillness in mind, learned to understand our and the opposite gender. With other words, we got incredible goodies through Osho's groups and could change our life to become happier and fulfilled. Never the less it was a lie. Because his path can’t bring the enlightenment so easy.  Tell that you are the very expert in your field,- creditability. Osho said that he is a divine incarnation and even beyond enlightenment. Have you seen how many people are coming when a Rinpoche (divine incarnation of the Tibetan) or a traditional Tibetan Master is coming. At least ten times more coming when a Rinpoche is speaking. For instance, if we say that we are enlightened, that attracts the people, regardless who is giving the speech!!! Why don't I do such things? I am an introvert and not a businessman.  After promising and convincing of our customer, we tell what is not working, what we can’t guarantee so that the customer trust us. Osho said that he even would lie and cheat us, to bring us forward on the spiritual path. For sure we should not blind trust him, we are always fully responsible for everything. In the end, he didn’t promise us anything. He could tell us any lie… Easy!!! Give proof that our product is working - reviews. Osho declared, again and again, a  devote as enlightened or died enlightened. Osho gave even enlightenment certificates to his therapists…   Scarcity - Give a special time limit offer, so that the customer is forced to buy now. Otherwise, he doesn't get this special offer. The organization of Osho said again and again: “Come to Osho fast, maybe he will die soon”; and that even 10 years before he died. Why Osho’s path is not useful for enlightenment? Osho promised only to open our first two chakras, and this should be enough. That never will work out, because all seven chakras have to open up. Without a personal God relationship, it is tough for almost everybody to go further on the inner path. For mostly all spiritual paths we need to open up the Kundalini… he didn’t give us techniques how we could open up our Kundalini. The vacation is merely a busy schedule to make the best photos in the most attractive places of the country that we visit. For sure, we make pictures of ourselves in front of lovely places to show it on Facebook… Or to show how great and wonderful we are… Maybe I am jealous because I am not handsome… Good so, then I don’t need to make such pictures and can enjoy my life. When I started to meditate, I could understand to enjoy the here and now is the best…. Still, I loved to make beautiful pictures, and that hindered me from enjoying my time. It was rather more hunting to get the most beautiful pictures… I sold my heavy camera equipment and didn’t have a camera for 20 years. That decision was one of my best decisions. I see in Krabi everywhere lovely couples and what they make? Facebook! Ordinary people like me, think that the youngsters, studying at the University have a lot of sex…  The last survey about on sex in College and University in the USA shows that only 5% sleeping with another person… Because Facebook is much more attractive than to be engaged in a loving relationship? (see survey on the end) I ask openly, do you think that the smartphone is a good substitute to feel and to share our emotions with our friends and family? Even my new mentor for writing blogs is sharing his feelings. Still, his whole body from the neck down is paralyzed. And he is enjoying his life… Because he can’t use a smartphone to post on Facebook? Why we don’t have enough time to meet our friends face to face? Facebook! Maybe that is good… Because we want only to show how great we are doing on Facebook so that everybody admires us with our Selfies. A personal contact is too complicated… On Facebook we can control us and articulate exact what we want, nobody can hinder us as when we talk. Is this correct for You? For sure it is much easier for the parents to give their child a smartphone or tablet, or a TV to get the child quite. Never the less the brain of the child will be ruined from digital equipment. And the child needs contact, love, time from their parents… Why are not the parents getting a smartphone instead of a child? With a smartphone we can: see movies, change the programs as we want, Sometimes it is getting ill like a child, is not always doing what we want, and we can switch it off. If we go through the Internet and looking where/what is the Kundalini, we don’t find useful information… I will describe first the Nonsense: We have 6 or 7 chakras, differently located in the body for a Hindu Yoga system or for the Tao system… Here starts the problem, I am not a Chinese or an Indian, which Chakra system is right for me? If all Chakras are open, we are enlightenment! There exist no enlightenment as proved in the previous blog. There exist also no enlightenment in the old Hindu scripture. So the Western people have chosen the Chinese Chakra system. Otherwise, enlightenment is not possible?! Makes sense? The Kundalini will open by itself all of our chakras,- the Chinese or the Indian chakras? It is not so, it rarely happens that the Kundalini open all chakras and that only for a certain time. Otherwise, we can’t function anymore, when the Kundalini arise because we lose our daily consciousness.   For the Hindu, it is important not to be reborn again, because for them life is sorrow. After the Hindu scripture, if all chakras are open the yogi can go in the highest Samadhi for some time. And through that, he can avoid to being born again. This means the yogi is afraid of to be born again because he can’t enjoy his life? Even with the highest Samadhi, he can’t enjoy his life… Makes sense? What is true? The Kundalini is a very strong energy located 5cm above our vagina inside of our body. Now the men have a problem…? If the Kundalini is awakened, the Kundalini can arise and so spiritualize us for a certain time. The Kundalini will almost never awaken if we do not do the things that require awakening our Kundalini. When we are spiritually ready for the Kundalini, only then we can get the Kundalini through the different paths. There exist two paths, the female, and the male path to awaken the Kundalini. The female path is, to be spiritual open for our Kundalini Master and then to receive the Shaktipat (Kundalini) from our Kundalini Master. Love and surrender total to our spiritual master is necessary to receive the Shaktipat. The male path: We get the Kundalini through very strong spiritual body exercises. When the Kundalini awakens: we feel at least bliss,getting rid of our body identification, we can channel different spiritual voices from the universe,we get the divine inner voice that will lead us,we can get much easier the spiritual goodies that fit us.  The body and mind need quite a lot of time (3 to 12 month) to get used on the Kundalini. Many people are getting mad through the opening spiritual Channels and getting sick through the strong energy from the Kundalini. For instance: My friend and I could not work for a half year. After the Kundalini is awakened, we need people who consult us, because of so many weird things that will happen. It is just so to have a new body, and our body will function differently. Both can control their feelings.Both can save money and are not overwhelmed from their desires of immediate gratification.Both exercise self-control, discipline, and perseverance.Both don’t believe in the fast get rich schemes, shortcuts, or on-demand pleasures.Both understand that the materialistic world can’t make us happy.Both understand that we can’t buy happiness or love.Both understand to make their life simple, the rich delegate their work.Both understand that identification is sorrow.Both know that success requires self-mastery, determination, grit and hard work.Both value their time, get rid of all unnecessary tasks, things, stress makers, stress, problems…Both want to live a meaningful life.Both understand at the end that worldly happiness or love never can combat against true happiness, love… or to connect to God. Both loves what they are doing.  Warren Buffet said the different between you and me is, that I travel luxury and live simple. This doesn’t mean that we should not go for our desires … We should be aware: What we are making?Why we want that?Why we do that?How we do that?Is the stress it worth to get that?Why we can’t control us?Is this really important, or is this just an ego trip? It might be very provoking for you to read! What is enlightenment? When a guy is getting enlightenment, his ego will be destroyed and be transformed to the divine. Afterward, his whole life will emerge in the divine, everything would be selfless, and he would have no Ego anymore! In the last months of his life, Osho (Bhagwan) finally admitted that: The Ego could not be destroyed, only "observed." Krishnamurthy said simple, there is no enlightenment. Sri Aurobindo said until we have a body, we have an Ego. The Srimad Bhagavatam said, there exist nobody on this planet, who doesn’t have all three Gunas. All three Gunas are an ego, we can only improve our ego. And there is nothing mentioned on the enlightenment in the Srimad Bhagavatam or other old religion books, for instance, the famous Sufi book: The conference of the birds. Ramakrishna said we can’t kill this rascal of Ego. Instead, we use our Ego to serve God. Ramakrishna remained his whole life humble and said about himself, that he is only the servant of the servants of God. That means Ramakrishna served his devotees and his devotees should serve God. Why we can’t destroy our Ego or a part of our Ego? Because our ego is so hard-wired into our brain and our whole body. For instance, if we speak, we use our ego, without ego, we can’t talk. We can not guarantee to survive without Ego. We can free us from our ego and connect with the divine for a particular time.-  With Meditation, dancing, music, chanting is this possible.  Through the spiritual path, we can lose a part of our attachments to our ego. We can’t get rid of all of our attachments! This means we all have to monitor and improve our ego our whole life, and that forget these so called enlightenment people, avatars. They become arrogant and ignorant of their ego, greedy and fall from their spirituality. The next lie is to transform our sexual drive. Our brain is mainly focused on procreation because nature needs children. What is if we live in celibacy? Then we suppress our sex drive with our mind. What we suppress that will grow. After some time, our suppressed sex can cause diseases, can get perverted or simply explode in craving of sex. I by myself could live easy in Celibacy for 10 years because I raised up my energy from my sex center!!!  When I had an accident, my back could not heal, because of my suppressed sex. And then I have healed my back with my sex energy (Chi Gong, Mantak Chia). All these great famous Gurus at least from the last 200 years have exploited and cheated the mass, not so the unknown Gurus, like Ramakrishna, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan… The great famous Gurus, Saints are making a beautiful holy show, and the insider will tell you how unholy and selfish they are! (see the books reference about the famous Gurus, written from their dearest devotees, at the end). The spiritual enlightenment was a great marketing idea to exploit and cheat the people. The Zen masters even sold enlightenment certificates! Nevertheless, the Enlightenment trip was necessary to motivate, to meditate and go further. The so-called enlightenment Gurus and seriously devotees are getting over the inner path the divine inner voice. With this inner voice, they get all the information that is necessary for their specific inner path. Also, they have to obey to 100% to the divine inner voice. If they follow up, they will grow continuously on the inner path. If not, they will become evil people and will exploit others... I by myself had the fortune to get the Kundalini/spiritual-awakening very fast, with 29 years. Since this time, I have lost my body identification (still, I keep my body healthy) got my divine inner voice and many other spiritual goodies. I have obeyed to 100% my divine inner voice. Sometimes it was/is so difficult to follow my divine inner voice, because I have to do things that are contradicting my thinking/faith system. Nevertheless, my life got better and better. For me is it so easy to get blissfully
