Relax with Meditation

 Don’t take this article too seriously otherwise you fail.
I hate to fail, and I am the greatest failure…Because I had failed when it was impossible to fail.And I failed to fail when it was not possible not to fail.Even I failed to fail…I failed in the failing contest…But I never failed to speak and write incorrect any language.And I was so many times lucky when I failed … 
Think over, first you like to get that girl/boy friend and then (s)he is such a failure… When two failures together make one baby failure more because you didn’t fail in the bed… Many times failing is better than to be successful. 
All people hate to fail?Why, to fail gives us the chance to improve our failing? Do You think, when you finally get your desired outcome, then your failing ends?Never, because then you like more and so you fail more… What is if you enjoy your failing… Then you enjoy your life.But this is against the rules and the laws! The people will hate you that you enjoy your life, even when you fail. You will be in any case a failure because you fail to suffer.
So more you suffer so more you successful fail.   
Our chance is only to fail and to suffer, then we are great, awesome people. 
If you do not fail, the people will be jealous on you. So better is to fail and to suffer…
We should be successful failures, everything should be okay with us.

 If we see the assumptions for a happy life from the perspective of a worldly person, we can easily see that it will never work out…
The problem is that we all have overtaken these wrong worldly concepts and still we live after them.
The worldly concepts are: Get a good education.A good job. Marry your love one.Get children.Build a house. Get your car.
Do you think even if we get the best from the world that we can gain lasting happiness through that? Nobody can buy love, health, and happiness. 
All Parents suffer a lot through their children. The parents sacrifice much energy for their children, and when they are old the children are caring for their own children and can’t care for their parents!
There was a king in the Srimad Bhagavatam who got children, and his children had been bad kids. Never the less the king said wicked children are good children because I am not identified with them!
You get the most beautiful or wealthy, successful spouse and then this spouse is cheating you. Or after some time he or she bores you, or you can’t sleep with him/her anymore or get separated from you, or he is getting bankrupt, has an accident and can’t work anymore. 
If we run after worldly pleasure, money, success, power, and women; our energy is exhausted, and we can’t care for our body. We are eating junk food, taking Western Medicine and don’t make body exercise; we hope everything will work out. 
Do you know what the most expensive beds are? The death bed and the sick bed! We can’t pay anybody to die for us or to be ill! 

The Bible is saying you have build your house on sand and now it is leaning to one side.

The solution:
We should live a healthy lifestyle and develop an independent happiness that will not be affected by mundane things.
And only then we are not a slave of the world or of our worldly desires. (Bible)  
Religion should give us peace of the mind and bliss if we conduct Religion in the right way. And this right way is hardly taught in the traditional religions. We have to look for real masters (masters who are seeking the truth and doesn’t have the truth; improving each day) and not for these divine, holy, enlightenment Cheaters where the stupid mass are going!!! (see my Youtube, blog, podcast: There exist no Enlightenment!)

We choose to live our dreams and to gain faith in God.

 The main difference between East and West is that the Asian people don’t like, to tell the truth if the truth is hurting the other person. 
For the Bible is telling the truth far most better than to flat the other person or to omit the truth. - An honest word is better than 1000 flatter words. (Bible).
The Hindu religion doesn’t want that we tell under all circumstances negative things even it is necessary. For instance, your house is burning, nobody should tell you that! Similar is the Buddhist religion that nobody should be engaged in negative talks.
For me is this total wrong. Even if I hurt somebody, I tell the truth. 
Gandhi said: Nobody can hurt me without my permission! 
If I hurt somebody, then this is his/her problem and not my problem. Because I can’t always know in advance which words or interpretation of some word are hurting. 
For instance for me was to mention the Tsunami very painful, because I survived the Tsunami; or even children when we lost our unborn child… Why should I be angry at that person? This is my trauma. 
And to omit, to tell the truth, even we run in the open knife is terrible! 
The other rule for me is: What you can't kill makes me stronger. I need the truth and omitting, to tell the truth, will harm much more, even the truth hurts. 
 Everybody is blind for his own mistakes, so what is wrong to tell the other person his mistakes, bad habits?  We can only improve if we know our mistakes! 
When I have read the article from Dr. Patrick Liew: “Friends who love you speak the truth even if the truth hurts” I was shocked again, that the people didn’t warn his friend how terrible was his business and then he became bankrupt … 
All of my Gurus were encouraged to tell openly the mistakes of the people with we are together. And that is the best!
Telling the Truth should be one of our foremost habits… to omit, to tell the truth, or your own opinion is terrible…!

 Or life should be a drama?
When we want it, we don’t get it and when we don’t want it anymore or when we have lost all of our hope we finally get it…
Sounds stupid and even it is contradicting the philosophy of the marketing and sales people…
Still, it is true and will be true also for the next generations of human and aliens in this galaxy…  
Why is it true?
Our problem is our subconscious, and that is our biggest problem. Because we don’t know how our subconsciousness is programmed and we nearly decide everything with our subconsciousness. 
If for instance, we had been poor, our subconsciousness will keep us in this condition, because it is used to it. And there are so many traumas and negative feelings related to our poorness, that they will come up and torture us when we like to do everything to become rich… 
This means our subconsciousness is sabotaging us and that is the problem… 
What we have inside will also manifest outside in our environment. That means if we have resistance in us to get rich, we attract the wrong outcome to get what we want. 
There exist no fast get rich scheme… and we depend on so many people, things that are not under our control… How can we get rich, if we can’t control our environment and even attract the wrong circumstances to get what we want? 
Simple we give up our identification to get rich and only then we can attract what we want. And when we have given up or don’t want to be rich anymore, finally our identification is gone. If you read bios from successful people, it was for everybody the same, they have given up, miracaly the circumstances changed and … For instance A. Robbins 
Life should be a drama!!! If not we don’t get what we want!

 In the Western society, the wife is the mighty one.I proved that in my previous blog: Marriage, - men in slavery.  For instance, the wives in the USA are making 86% of every purchase decision in the wedding. And if a husband like to undergo sterilization, he needs the approval of his wife. This means the wife can decide how many kids she wants. 
If the wife is making adultery, the husband can only divorce. Still, he has to pay for the kids and her. The judge doesn’t care who has cheated, done adultery; the judge makes only sure that the man is paying! In any case, the man married or unmarried has to pay for the kids he has procreated and the kids going to the woman. 
In the Muslim marriage, the husband is responsible for his wives (4 women are possible) and has to give the supply to her. The wife can only have one husband. The females are forbidden in the Mosque, and they must be veiled in public. The divorce is possible for both.After the divorce, the kids are going to the husband.When the husband or wife have made adultery (Zina), both can forgive each other or can divorce.  
After the Quran, the wife/husband needs 4 male witnesses who have seen the penetration to prove the adultery or the person confess 4 times the adultery! 
Is it possible to do adultery without 4 male witnesses have seen it or to confess?
After Maliki legal school: the single woman pregnancy is proof of adultery. This can mean, if an unmarried woman got raped and can’t prove that she got raped, then she has done adultery! 
Possible punishment for adultery (Zina) is stoning. Read the last 3 paragraphs.  
What is about prostitution? The husband marries the prostitution, penetrate her and afterward divorces her. This is the standard practice in Saudi Arabia. The Quran allows it to get married 3 times with the same spouse. 
The Muslim husband is the mighty one. Because if the wife is not good enough for him, he can divorce and his wife is also losing her kids and doesn’t get any support. Or he can take up to 3 more women if he has enough money. For instance, The Sultan of Turkey had 5000 wives, and many Sheiks have 10 or more wives! 

After the hadith for Zina: The proof for this is that the Prophet did not seek out the married woman whom Mâ`iz committed fornication with. He did not inquire after her husband and command him to divorce her. All he said was: “O Unays, go to that man’s wife, and if she confesses, then have her stoned.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî (6633) and Sahîh Muslim (1698)]
Adultery has no legal effect in such matters because what is unlawful in Islam is regarded as nonexistent for such purposes. The evidence for this is that the Prophet said: “The child belongs to the (marriage) bed, and the adulterer is stoned.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî (2053) and Sahîh Muslim (1457)]
Stoning for adultery is not mentioned in the Quran.

With aging, we get lazy to move our bodies and eat a healthy diet...Because we lose our motivation and the drive to do something.Our sex drive goes down and so do our passions…
1. If we build up more testosterone through Cardio training for instance: interval training and supplements like Maca, Tongkat Ali, ​​Shilajit, Ashwagandha, and Ginseng (precaution, most Ginseng supplements are fake) we can slow down the aging …

2. We act like a young person instead of an aged person.The formula is to live in the here and now.Otherwise, we waste our time.
Time is the greatest value in our life. Nobody can buy time.
The best will be if we change from our passions to surrender our lives to the lord through yoga, meditation, prayer, or selfless service.
From the Hindu religion, we can learn: In the Hindu philosophy exists three gunas: Tamas (tendency toward lethargy and rigidity), Rajas (tendency toward ambition and activity), and Sattva (tendency toward selfless service, surrender our life to the Lord)When we age. our vasanas (habits) change from passion (rajas) to laziness (tamas).
Truthful aging is if we change from our passions Rajas to Sattva.

 Does it exist?Does it us hinder to enjoy our life?For whom is that right?What for somebody is right is for someone else wrong...
Still there exist rules and laws that determine what is right and wrong and the laws and rules can be quite controversial.In the book “The Prophet” by Khalil Gibran, there are remarkable quotes:You delight in laying down laws,Yet you delight more in breaking them.
That fits everybody, we like to have order, and we love to break the order!Next quote:But to whom life is a rock, and the law a chisel with which they would carve it in their own likeness?What of the cripple who hates dancers?If we understand this quote, then we don’t wonder why the older generation is against sex and for wars. A quote from my father (Prof. Dr. C. Zimmerer) The wars are made from the generals and won from the sergeants… The older generation is full of suppressed negative emotions and making the wars and the youngsters get sacrificed!
If we see who had made the laws, then we are one step further.Nevertheless, what is right or wrong defines the judge, and they have the power to DETERMINE WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG. And the verdicts are mostly in the time hard to understand.Shakespear said: Might is right!If we apply the quote from Shakespeare in our lives and in the world… Life is much easier!For instance: If we look at families, the parents are mostly right and the children mostly wrong. The same is true for our chief, he is always right.Still, I fight for justice because I don’t like to give other people the power over me or to get victimized. If I don’t win:You can be right or happy. Then I decide to be happy.
We have in any case to deal with injustice, or there is no life without injustice.First, we have to see both sides and for what is right for both sides. Afterward, we can deal easier with the situation.If there is still injustice for us, that we can’t solve. - I decide, if I see a chance to win and if it is worth I go for it. Otherwise, I let it go. Get rid of my negative sentiments and go on in my life.So faster we get over our injustice, so faster we can enjoy our life.

 How to enjoy my life more… Ask this question every day and change your life to become happier. How to have more fun…
Without excellent health, everything is in vain ... Ask: How I can improve my health every day…Our food is mandatory, so eat healthy food with Vitamins and enzymes… so raw cost is the best…Regardless how much time I had spent on improving my health, it never had been in vain. I benefited much more from that than anything else in my life!
Chi-Gong is magic. If you see this video from the 118 years old Lu Zijian, how vigorous and relaxed he is, even much more than most of us, … Even 278 years was possible with Chi-Gong together with healthy food and herbs. This means to learn the right Chi- Gong is the very best…I practice his Chi Gong and also from other masters. With my Chi- Gong my brain increased, my fitness got better and total healthy… With the Chi-Gong from Lu Zijian, I get instantly blissful. It is so powerful, I have integrated his Chi Gong in all of my Chi-Gongs.
Self-massage or acupressure will help a lot… Sport and exercise is a must. Who don’t do it will suffer later!
Spirituality/Religion and personal growingWe all have so many flaws in our personality, and through them, we and our environment will suffer. If we want to enjoy our life, we should try to become better every day. If we do so, we gain the grace of the Lord, and he will give us bliss and love. We can only achieve true happiness and love through the spiritual growth, with meditation, yoga, Chi-Gong... If we think we have no time for that, then we have no time to enjoy our life!
How much hours you have to work for your car, and after some time the car is worthless… If you had spent this time to build up spirituality and health … Your life would be excellent.
Goal setting. The human need progress without progress life would be useless… We need for ourselves goals in personal growth, for our courier, body, family… So fewer goals we set so more we can accomplish. Focus on fewer things, instead to be overwhelmed from too many goals.

Last time I heard a price winning speech from a young Sikh and he told from these so called marvelous stories, they are all fabricated, he proved it with Gandhi (who had sexually assaulted women). 
Your dream life doesn't need to happen, you can enjoy your life now. You need just to change your attitude, and your remarkable life starts now.
How to live a miraculous life? 
1) Do something you are passionate about every day!For me is it Writing, Meditation, and Chi Gong. 
For instance: Chi Gong is magic. Now I need only 700 calories every day, and even with that, I put on weight; I should write a book with this title.  I have to stop because I want to serve you!
2) Practice a daily act of generosity.It doesn’t need something great. Give something for free, don’t be stingy. This will change our egotistical attitude, be generous.
3) Feel good, regardless what!We all have to suffer through the circumstances in life. Still, we should look that we enjoy at least one moment every day. Do something that you really enjoy. 
4) Be thankful for everything.If I make a mistake, I say thank you that nothing worse has happened. And through these acknowledge of my mistakes nothing worse will happen. How would it be if we give thanks when even our next one is making a mistake? There is no end where we can not say thank you for!
5) Unschedule your lifeLess is much more! We need time to relax and to reflect on our mistakes. So fewer things we schedule so more we can enjoy every moment of our life.  People who do less are more relaxed. 
6) Take one little step towards your dream every day…And enjoy this action and be thankful that you do so. 
7) Connect with the divineFor everybody it is different. For instance: sing full of passion a song for God. Meditate, do Chi Gong, pray full of emotion to God, read a holy book, go to a temple,… 
8)Open up your heart and become vulnerable. Even it hurts many times, only so we can receive love, affection and be human.
9) Trust in God that everything is running in your favor! Even it looks so bad. We are always in the right place to learn the right things to go forwards. From my worst times, I had the best for my life. Can you say this too?
