 We had a huge problem with the daughter X of our great herbalist… His daughter X had so much water in her lungs that she could not leave the bed and the water had to be removed by surgery…  What to do?  I assumed that the cause is/was allergy… And for allergy works at best Bioresonance Therapy *, developed by German science…The Bioresonance therapy is using a device that normalize our organ and body frequencies.Every organ has a specific frequency and if the organ is not functioning well his frequency becomes unhealthy…  The international results are 80 to 90% to cure Allergy with Bioresonance!!!!! But there are only three clinics in Thailand who are doing the Bioresonance Therapy…  I said to our old partial retired Herbal Doctor, you cannot lose anything… Go to Hua Hin and try this cure, if you have questions, the doctor of the clinic is even a Professor of TCM.  Our herbal doctor went there… because otherwise his daughter would have never any chance to leave the bed… Bingo!!!! Yes, the Bioresonance therapy works also for X…  After 4month laying in the bed, she starts now to walk and that only after 2 treatments!!! I got this tip from the business Mogul Hugh Hilton (interview with J.T. Fox)…. Hugh Hilton had a severe accident and after the accident, his Adrenaline increases, so high that his blood pressure and heart beat could kill him… And he could not bring it down without taking very many drugs. What to do, he heard from Bioresonance therapy, after one session, he felt like to be young again and the Adrenaline level was normal.  The people judge you what you have accomplished in your life.How much money you have? They don’t care how well you have done!And that is more important than anything else! Who cares at the end how much money you have and what you have accomplished when you die? You cannot buy time! If you have lived what you wanted, regardless what other people thought about and enjoyed that. You have much, much more realized than all these crazy, stupid accomplishments…  Think over, you have $2000 and you buy for that a car or you invest it in traveling that you enjoy. With the car you have a status with the traveling you have just ”only” some pictures, memories of a joyful time!  What is more? For most of all people I am a total idiot... I agree to that! With the connection of my father and my great abilities as a problem solver (engineer) I could earn Millions...  But for what (I need very less for my living)? Instead, I had chosen to live for over 20 years under the social minimum, to have more time for meditation.  I was over 10 years in meditation retreats in Germany and India.Still even more stupid I separated from my wealthy and highly political/influence family, 30 years ago!  For all materialist, I am an idiot.  But for God, all materialists are stupid, because they care for money and fame more than for God!  You never can buy happiness.And it is so easy on the spiritual path to become blissful. I discover more and more techniques to become blissful and there is no end. It is just easy! If you have a real God connection regardless which religion you become blissfully by repeating the name of God.  And you learn how to relax easily. What you want more? That is priceless.  This over-stupid argument when you have money you can help much more...  For God counts the attitude, if you sacrifice with love a glass of water on the altar, then that is more than $1 Billion without love!  One disadvantage, I cannot go to any party because the people will not accept me, they bully me on 50% of all parties where I go.   And then I hit back, the arguing stops and the people run away and let me alone. Okay, this price I have to pay, I cannot be together with nonreligious people. Great, in any case the nonreligious people are not interesting for me!  There had been no victim who has not chosen to be a victim…You can change the situation or accept the situation and so you cannot complain. It is your choice!  These were the most used quotes from Bhagwan… If we don’t act when we got victimize, we give the offender the permission to do it again!If I can’t or dislike to retaliate, I just go and never go in touch with the offender again, if this is possible.  What we can do when we are in certain situations? When we get bullied in a firm, family or on parties.We complain and speak it out in front of the offender. Best scenery with many witnesses. I have done that again and again, it works!  Bullied on the street.Go to the police.I had here my problems with an awful neighbor.I went to the police and told them my case and other forbidden things that he had done. He got punished from the police and afterward he hated me. He was repeating his bad behavior to abuse me and threaten me with violence. I went to the Immigration office, and they were so happy! Directly a policeman jumped in his car and drove to that bad guy.I even could choose: We can ban him from Thailand? I said no. I am a therapist and I can deal with that. But a violent threat is for me too much, because I don’t know what will happen.Mostly on the case, you cannot estimate in advance the outcome, no violence!  Whenever a firm is under delivering or even not delivering, what should we do? My strategy is and worked to 100%.I look up for reviews for the specific firm/brand that had done badly to me. Mostly, Trustpilot will do it and give an awful review to that firm. Every firm reacted; they gave me what they have promised. Or, the worst firms even were commenting on my review with lying and cheating. Great and I proved with my next comment that they were and lying, cheating. They did it again; my review became worse and worse… And at the end, I got what I demanded. If the firm is not on trustpilot.com, I look up the firm on Google map and give an awful review. - Every firm reacted on my review, I got what I wanted. Or I made on Facebook a campaign against that firm. Also, that worked! The outcome of these strategies should be that you harm more than you have lost! Otherwise, the offender will do it again!  Many years ago, I had very less money and there was a cheap flight to Turkey about $100 from Bremen/Germany… This was my first trip to Turkey; I had read some Sufi books from a British Author who traveled to Turkey… I flew to Istanbul… It blew me away…I visited the huge Moshes like the previous Cathedral Holy Wisdom…  The St. Peter's Basilica of the Vatican is just meaningless if we compare it with the Holy Wisdom…I saw Diamonds in the size of my fist owned by the Sultan …His Harem had 5000 women… And I was also in the Turkish Steam bath… Then I traveled by buses to Antalya, I got invited again and again… And I loved the fresh figs. Turkey is one of the most interesting country in the world… Hard to beat! From Antalya I went to Konya.In the bus there was running these disgusting killing, - brutal -horror movies, even I closed my eyes, but then I could not see the mountains…  It was sunset, the light dawned, the movie stopped and we heard the praising of Allah from the loud speaker… We were approaching Konya…The bus went down the mountains and there was over the whole city a light, like the north light in the very North of Europe…I could not believe that… We had already night, it was pitch dark, but over the city, there was this magic light…And we heard the praising of Allah… It was so magical… I never will forget that. I could see that magic light every night.  Next day, I went to the Monastery of Rumi, where the Sufis were whirling to connect with Allah…  The Rumi Monastery is charged with spiritual energy… I went directly in meditation mood… The magic of Turkey, the friendly people and the good music… If we see then the news from Turkey… Only negative stuff, the big inflation, … Who cares if the people are friendly, the country is exotic and amazing…?  In the Christian and Indian world, we got the anti-raping law in the marriage… In the Muslims marriage the wife has to fulfill every sexual desire including raping.Adultery is forbidden for both. Punishment is stoning, when the spouse cannot forgive the adultery.  You need for proofing adultery 4 male witnesses. The reasons are for that is to avoid gossip, abusing and blaming. But it is so hard to prove adultery with 4 male witnesses.  (I don’t want to prove here anything from the Quran, Sahih Bukhari/Muslim and Hadith. Because I have done already so in my Book: Why the religions have failed and not God.) In the previous centuries raping in the Christian and Hindu marriage was allowed.The change of the law “Raping in the marriage is forbidden” doesn’t mean anything. Because, there is no chance to prove raping in a marriage! The lawsuits for raping in the marriage failed always because: The judge wants an evidence.How can you prove the raping, with cameras in the night under a bed sheet?With witnesses that can see the penetration? Some women love to have violence combined with sex!Even worse when the judge asked why you don’t separate when the husband is raping you? Because I like to be together with my husband and I don’t like the raping.Should we put a policeman close to your bed?  And in India the raping within the marriage is common, estimated at 30% of all marriages. For most people is the sex boring after 5-years marriage.In the Western World is every 4th child in a marriage, procreated outside of the marriage!This means cheating is common! The most reason (80%) to buy a diamond ring is to convince the spouse to have sex with him!This means to buy sex from your spouse by doing her a favor is common.  What is the difference between the Muslim marriage and the Christian marriage? In the Muslim marriage the male has to provide food and shelter for his wife.It depends on the country, the Muslim man can marry 4 wives.It is allowed to separate for the male and female, and it is only allowed to marry the same spouse 3 times.   You get excited to do your new goal-setting to improve yourself or get the things that you desire… You work like crazy. Do everything, that you can do.  And finally, you sabotage your own work…  What had happened? Did you have done everything? What did you miss…? We are not robots!We are emotional beings that can think and even worse, most of all people above 95% (Bob Proctor) can’t think independently…  In chasing our goals we have suppressed our emotions in order to function efficiently. Even the Sufis, for instance, Attar said that 1000 years ago, without having studied psychology! And similar was told by Krishna 3000 years ago to Ajunta on the battlefield… Read the Gita.  The Sufis are saying we have veils in front of our eyes so that we can’t see the Lord…We have different veils…The white veils are our morality that hinders us from seeing the Lord! A true Sufi can adapt to every rule and can break every rule! After we have been forced us to stick to rules in order to get things done or to see the Lord.We should break these rules for a specific time so that we detach ourselves from our own tyrannic regime… For instance, Krishna was telling Ajunta that the worst that can do a Fighter is to praise himself… so now praise yourself otherwise you can’t fight effectively… But it is even much more, Attar said when you feel proud of what you have done… You can’t see the scorpions/demons inside of yourself that can bite you in every moment! WE HAVE TO ACCEPT OURSELVES INCLUDING OUR MISDOING, FAULTS…WE SHOULD LOVE OURSELVES LIMITLESS. For instance: the goal of self-improvement. Until you get to 80% or 90% self-improvement. You miss the other half of the picture.The self-improvement side is only the half of the journey. The other half is self-acceptance and self-healing.  If you don’t work on your acceptance or healing… your journey will lead to failure.  Until you can’t accept the symptoms of chronicle diseases you can’t be healed … With self-acceptance, you find peace where you are.Enjoying the here and now.Loving yourself with all of your shortcomings. There is no upper limit for self-acceptance and love. But an upper limit for self-improvement.   Why is the self-acceptance hard? The 3 obstacles: If there is anything that is uncomfortable, you will suppress it, or escape or project it. 1. The suppression of our negative emotions/beliefs/resistance to getting things done for our goals leads to self-sabotage. You don’t like to get up early, work hard, get abused… So you suppress your negative emotions, discomfort, and anger in order to get things done.  Example: we have a garbage/trash can and fill it up with our trash, then we push the trash down instead to get rid of the trash… , and again and again, we squeeze more and more trash in the trash can… But you have to get rid or let go of your negative emotions otherwise the garbage/trash can will burst and so is it with our suppressed emotions.  2. Is to escape or procrastinationWhat are your escapes to being unproductive, looking at YouTube, gambling, and wasting your time? 3. ProjectionSo you project your problems on other people and make their life to hell. Works well for relationships, blemish, abuse…???!   Until you expose your suppressed emotions and feel them you become your own enemy.You need to work on your self-acceptance by letting go of your negative emotions instead of suppressing them.    The solution:If you keep hearing the same thing about yourself, it might be true. What is the common criticism that you encounter from other people? In marketing, it means, that if one person is criticizing, maybe 10, or 100 people agree or think the same but don’t speak it out.  Take criticism seriously and look to improve.Ask yourself: 1. What am I avoiding, suppressing, escaping, projecting…?2. What advice would I give someone in my situation? 3. Developing Mindfulness Meditation practice.4. About a year agoI was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning.And it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas.I should no longer live than 3 to 6 months.It means to tell your kids everything.To say your goodbyes.After testing in the lab, the cancer was curable. No one wants to die.Even go to heaven.Death is the destination we all share.Death is very likely the single best invention of life.It is life changing.It clears out the old to make way for the new.Right now, the new is you.And later you will be the old to be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic.But it is quite true.Your time is limited.So, don’t waste it living someone else’s life.Don’t be trapped by dogma.Which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.Don’t let the noise of others people drown out your own inner voice.And most important,have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.They somehow already know.What you truly want to become.Everything else is secondary.  If I read that women have to cover up their beautiful body to prevent: Lust in the mind of horny malesRaping. Why not punish these rapists? In the UK they found out, that NUDIST BEACHES PREVENT RAPING!!!!  In Sparta the males loved more the males than the women! The women worn shirts with an open slot located on the vagina... The Sparta women wanted to have sex and were exposing their vagina all the time! The exposed vagina became boring...  I have lived in a French nudist/tantra area for 2 months and the nude girls became boring ... When the girls put on some cloth around their body to cover up their breast and vagina,   they became sexier and more attractive! In Scandinavia even the parents encourage their daughters to invite males in their bed during the night…  Because the parents want that their daughter get kids.But the daughters are not interested in having sex. For the males is a bottle whiskey more attractive than the girls!What is not permitted becomes boring!  How much prove I should deliver more? Now, we look on the religious aspects: The Religions tell us:  1. To expose our nude body or our sexual organs is sinful.O God, all animals are sinful! Are the people perverse through their religious upbringing?My family was perverse, because we were all nudists?   2. To enjoy sex is bad.For whom, - for the monks, priests and old people? Because they should not/cannot have sex. So, it is also bad for all other people?! I have read the Bible, Hindu and the Islamic scripture … Still, it is correct that the males/females are thinking all the time conscious or unconscious of having sex. And that has proved Freud.  I will describe the difference between:Separateness versus Oneness and how to connect again, to love again...  In every crisis, we feel so separate from people, God, and ourselves...We have lost our love. We feel weaker.Divided.Disconnected.This state of our mind is called "separateness". When we feel love we connect with people, to ourselves, to the environment.We feel to be "one" or "Oneness".We feel a connection to people, to nature, to God… Quote bible, Romans 8:33Neither Height nor Depth.Nor anything else in all creation.Will be able to separate us from the Love of God  How to go into oneness?We love.We love what we do. We open our hearts and love people.When we focus on love, fear dissipates. Fear separates us divides us and love unites us. How to go from separateness to oneness?We all have this void in us that we want to fill with something. For instance, Obesity… to eat regardless of what to fill that void this a substitute-satisfaction that never will work positively.This is true also for success and money. But only God can make you whole.This void is like a wound in us. So the more we feel separate, so bigger our wound.So the more we feel love so more this wound heals… And a relationship with God makes you feel whole.Because we are created for relationships.Loneliness is a disease that means isolation… Isolation is the killer number one, for suicide.  If we get more and more separated, everything gets worse.If we have a leak or hole in us, that means this void…We want to fill it with substitute satisfaction, and so we don’t have to feel it...Then comes a storm with strong rain…So that the hole in us leaks.  We feel so much separateness, its reality was already there…Actually, we need that crisis/challenge to recognize our separateness and to open up again for love… But most people even close their hearts more than before that crisis…   A good salesman feels connected with his customer so that he can sell…Artificial smiles don’t help, because they separate you from your customer… Faking never helps. Simple love what you do. If you go on stage and want the people to love you… You are wrong!You go on the stage to serve the auditorium and even to love them… The same is true for loving your friends and loving people.Everybody wants love. If you love people, then the people come to you for love. If you seek connection:You get clarity.Confidence.Courage. Love the competition and the challenges, then your fear disappears. You get better. Make a list of what you love:In your relationship.In your job.Family.
