- Surviror of domestic violence and homelessness
- Founder of DC Ceremics Studio
- Tireless Vinnies advocate
After decades of marriage, Diana saved her kids and fled from an abusive husband with nothing but hope to keep her going. Suddenly jobless and alone in a foreign country, Diana only had a car for her and her son to sleep in while he was in the midst of year 12 exams. Diana sat down to talk to us about not only how she survived the experience with the help of St Vinnie's, but how she's gone on to start her own business, become an outspoken advocate for domestic violence survivors as well as St Vincent De Pauls, and how she always managed to stay positive.
As we approach another freezing winter and Chris get's ready to take part in his 6th CEO sleepout, it's people like Diana who we can really help, and genuinely turn lives around.
