Long before conflicts over bright lights, the Outer Battery was an urban outport. There used to be 30 fishing crews out of the battery... and among the better known of them were the Critches. They lost a legendary skipper last week: Lloyd Critch. His nephew Ray Critch drops by the studio to look back at his remarkable life.
