In his address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night, President Trump acknowledged that there will be "a little disturbance" ahead. The theme was meant to be the "Renewal of the American Dream," but instead he doubled down on his plan to break up the global economic order. One of the attendees of last night's address was Democratic Congressman Seth Moulton and he joins the show from Washington.
