Henri Gutierrez came to the United States illegally in 2014, he joined the brutal gang MS 13 and was arrested a short time later for carrying large knives, several times, his deportation would have saved two lives, why was he allowed to remain? Gutierrez went on to brutally murder two immigrants and terrorized others. Federal authorities believed that Henri was not a member of MS 13, despite several tattoos indicating he was deeply involved in the gang, one tattoo simply stated MS 13 right on his chest, why is our government so lenient with this heinous transnational gang?
