Neil Entwistle gave the outward impression of an english gentleman. He went to a prestigious university and met a beautiful American exchange student Rachel Souza. A fairy tale love affair ensued and a beautiful baby was born, shortly thereafter. The family  planted roots in bucolic Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
