This tale of FBI corruption begins in the 1960's. H.Paul Rico was the FBI catalyst in this decades long endeavor.  Infamous FBI agent John Connolly of Whitey Bulger infamy,  was mentored by Agent Rico.  H.Paul Rico may have been the most corrupt FBI agent in history. He was responsible for sending  several men to prison for a crime the FBI, knew that two prized informants committed. Two men Henry Tameleo and Luis Greco died in prison, with the FBI's full knowledge of their innocence, others in this case would serve 30 years in prison.
