Today is meant to encourage many of us who are feeling down about the direction of our country. When in doubt, open your Bible. God offers us encouragement and security in the knowledge that He is in complete control of what's going on, and already knows how things will play out. In addition to reflecting on Scripture, there are practical things we can keep in mind each day to make sure we're mentally and spiritually healthy: Love God, love others, and live not by lies.
