The Tennessee Titans biggest to-do this offseason will be hiring a new head coach and with calls for new leadership from the locker room, hiring someone who fits that bill will be more important than ever. That makes a recent report on the Titans coaching search more interesting because some of the new names do not fit the mold of what most expect in a hire. Also, the discussion around JC Latham has reached a fever pitch this week and no matter what you hear, everyone seems to be overdoing it because the truth about Latham is he has disappointed so far, but like most players on the team, should get the opportunity to improve under better coaching. Finally, Titans fans need to prepare themselves for the Cam Ward vs. Shedeur Sanders discussions that will ensue over the next week and realize that there is not shot those conversations are in good faith.
