it is important to know thyself and to be honest with what brings on resentment. There are many forms of resentment. Who you resent, what you resent, how you resent, when you resent, know, know yourself well enough to not step into the booby trap of resentment and be honest enough to know that if you sign up beyond your boundaries, you may end up in resentment. What else did I say about resentment? part of resentment prevention is knowing what what you will be sorry you did or didn't do, and to act, act in a preventative way so that you don't end up, regretting forgetting what you did do or regretting what you didn't do, or even not telling people and and, warning them in advance what is important for you to feel, connected.ย
