Fundamentally, this is a conversation about applied consciousness. We talk about the way that the "self" emerges from the resonant "structures" of the mind. These antennae decide the way that external stimuli are processed and integrated into experience, and so serve as the roots from which conscious experience springs. PODCAST INFO:  Anastasia completed her PhD studying bioelectricity at Columbia University.
