6:05pm- While speaking with Oprah Winfrey, Kamala Harris joked that she is a gun owner and if anyone breaks into her house, she will shoot them! Rich notes that Harris has, in the past, advocated for mandatory gun buy backs—and for allowing government officials to enter the home of law-abiding gun owners to ensure the guns are being stored properly. Despite clearly being a pre-scripted line, Matt argues that it’s the first time she has been even remotely funny since becoming her party’s presidential nominee.
