Our enemies are not going away! But that is what most of us want. We just want everything bad to just go away and for everything to be okay and easy. However, as followers of Jesus Christ, He didn't promise us that but He did promise peace and power to live victoriously in the midst of the turmoil and struggles of life. We can rule in the midst of our enemies, Jesus made it possible.

We live in a world where is grieving an everyday occurrence and we as followers of Jesus Christ know what can help them through it. As a matter of fact we need to learn how to lament the way God wants us to so that it will bring life to and through us. If you want to know what you truly value simply look at what you sacrifice for. Not what you say you are willing to sacrifice for but what you actually sacrifice for. Your family, your job, house, relationships, etc.. What do value?

The next generation will always be a product of the previous generation. What are we giving them? What are we pouring into them? Are we passing down godly values and principles? It's not a one time thing we do but a daily, consistent process. It's the trickle down effect. We will have an effect on the next generation the question is "what kind of an effect will we have?"

God's ways are higher than our ways. His thoughts higher than ours. God functions and exist on such a higher plane than we do sometimes His ways are not just higher they don't make sense to us. For instance, the least in the kingdom of God is the greatest. Or to find your life you have to lose it. It's the law of paradox.
