The words that we speak can bring death or life. When God speaks His words always bring life. We must learn to testify in the power of God's Holy Spirit so that we always bring life with the words that we speak. The prophet Ezekiel shows us a great example of this when God ask him so questions that are as applicable today as is was back then.

God's words in the beginning created the heavens and the earth. We are created in His image and we have that same power in our words because He has given it to us through His son Jesus and His Holy Spirit. We must testify of the goodness and greatness of our God. Not only for our current generation but for the generations to come so they will know of His goodness and majesty.

Our enemies are not going away! But that is what most of us want. We just want everything bad to just go away and for everything to be okay and easy. However, as followers of Jesus Christ, He didn't promise us that but He did promise peace and power to live victoriously in the midst of the turmoil and struggles of life. We can rule in the midst of our enemies, Jesus made it possible.

We live in a world where is grieving an everyday occurrence and we as followers of Jesus Christ know what can help them through it. As a matter of fact we need to learn how to lament the way God wants us to so that it will bring life to and through us. Faith is not just something we do on Sunday it is something that we live everyday of week. To live like Jesus told us to is not as easy as it may seem. However, that is why Jesus left us His Holy Spirit to empower us with all that we need to be able to be like Him, everyday!
