Last week, I introduced you to Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s book "Whole Brain Living," her concept of the four characters of the brain. These characters represent different aspects of our cognitive and emotional processes and understanding them can help us lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
This week I continue the conversation and explore the B.R.A.I.N. Huddle, which I've found particularly valuable in understanding how each of these four characters can work together as you navigate your life.

In this episode, I delve into the concept of empowering your future self through the lens of discipline and future vision. We often get caught up in the present moment, letting our emotions and primitive instincts dictate our decisions. However, by reframing our relationship with discipline, we can pave the way for future success and achieve our long-term goals. I'll explore how discipline is not only an act of self-care but also a powerful tool that grants us freedom and enables us to create a compelling vision for our future selves.Want to know more about me? We are both unique and exactly the same as everyone else. Rather than embracing our uniqueness, we try to fit into someone else's idea of what we should be. That's exhausting and a waste of energy. And at the same time, we are all alike in the fact that we have a human brain that triggers insecurity, self-doubt, and self-judgment.
Tune into this episode to find out how to work with this paradox.
