In this episode, I interviews author and yoga teacher Eddie Stern. Eddie is a distinguished yoga teacher who specializes in Ashtanga yoga. Eddie has also written several books, including his brand new release, “One Simple Thing: A New Look at the Science of Yoga and How It Can Transform Your Life”.
Eddie speaks about his new book at length, the polyvagal theory (coined by Dr. Stephen Porges), and the neurophysiological impact of meditation. They also speak about Eddie’s transformative journey from drugs & punk rock to becoming a yogurt selling yogi in his search for expression.
