Trim Tidy Towns as part of the town's efforts to reduce plastic, has launched a cloth Nappy Library.
This initiative will see parents renting cloth nappies from the library, using them for some time and then returning them washed for use by other parents and babies.
Could such a scheme become the norm? How will parents react to it? And is it plausible at all?
